Excellent customer service and communication.

Customer service was outstanding. I had obtained tile samples from multiple different companies and The Tile Company were the only ones that reached out to make sure everything was fine and talk through multiple different options when the first weren’t quite right. Responses to questions were timely and will definitely purchase through them again (and recommend them to everyone I know!). Well priced fast delivery and an A++++ experience all around

I ordered some tile samples for an assignment I'm doing, they arrived the next day which was amazing. The only unfortunate thing was one of the tiles got chiped in the delivery. But the tiles themselves are great quality. Would highly recommend.

Dealing with The Tile Company has been an absolute pleasure. The Breeztone tiles purchased are of great quality and look fantastic. Brooke at the office has been helpful, responsive and generally wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for great quality tiles at a great price from an Australian company with great customer service then these guys are hard to beat.

I needed a small amount of tiles for in front of a fire place, they were very helpful and lowered the delivery cost for the small amount of tiles.

The sample tiles are a great idea because it gives you the opportunity to touch and feel the actual product, if you can't make it in store. Great packaging and detail on back of tile to help you choose the best option.
