Customer service was exceptional.
They had the tiles special ordered for us and had them weeks before we needed them over the Xmas break ready for the tiler to install at the start of the year (2021).
If you're looking for a specific tile or find one, they did their best to get the exact one we had found elsewhere and the price was unbeatable! We tried about 8 different tile shops and none of them had the same level of service and follow up to make sure that we knew what was happening and when things would arrive and be delivered.

We absolutely love our tiles. We could not have asked for better communication, help and guidance from the team to find the right tile for our family.
The efficiency of delivery and service was a relief as we went down the renovating road.

From the moment I ordered my samples Brooke gave me a call to let me know they were express posting them. They arrived beautifully packaged within the same week (unheard of ATM with Covid!)
After ascertaining that I was part of a Design Company, they promptly returned the deposit money paid for samples, which was completely unexpected!
Brooke followed up to confirm delivery and to make sure I was happy with the samples.It would seem they cannot do enough to help. I would strongly encourage anyone who wants great service and reputable stock to give them a try!

This company is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me with my kitchen renovation. Nothing was too hard for them. Brooke was a great help and the sample boxes are so professionally presented. 10 out of 10 for service and professionalism!

I was looking for a particular tile and batch but other competitors said it would take about 2 weeks but my tiler needed it sooner. I contacted The Tile Company and they were super helpful and responded quickly and even better news they were able to find the same tile and in the same batch and get it faster. I was able to get my tiles within the same week i ordered. Thanks again for your help! Happy tiler and happy customer :)

Excellent service! Excellent tiles, they went above and beyond to get me the tiles I needed in time to reopen my gym. Including helping me choose what was right. The results are excellent 😊⭐️ I cannot recommend these guys enough! And beautiful tiles, so very happy with the results!!! He also recommended me and excellent tiler who did an amazing job on a very old surface that needed a lot of work. So very happy!!! Thank you 😃

Awesome service, great help with the design and range, the quality of tiles we received were amazing - our tiler said they were one of the best quality tiles he has ever seen. Very happy all round and will order from them again.
