BAIT AND SWITCH. don't get fooled. Their internet bundle package is awful. Did not say phone is not a landline but is VOI that does not work. Got billed from ooma when it was supposed to be all included. Internet way too slow. Tv streaming service does not have all channels promised. Then changed their billing to cancel discount for autopsy with credit card.

I have been with this company for over 7 years and it has failed me huge recently! First of all, the customer service people or whoever handles your account when you call in or go in for something NEVER documents anything! So when you ask them to go and review it they say. "Well, we don't have it in the notes so it never happened." Are you serious!! I purchased a Z-fold. This is almost a 2000 dollar phone. Who DOESN"T add insurance to this. I told the guy to do it. I found out later he never did. I lost my phone a little while later and they tell me I don't have insurance so it's a TOTAL LOSS. I raised a big stink about it and thought it was handled. Come to find out recently not only did they keep charging me for the phone (which I called in plenty of times and nobody ever told me about). They were STILL charging me for the LINE to the phone! They knew the phone was gone and never disconnected the line! So I find out last week that I paid 900 dollars towards a phone I don't have because they failed to apply the insurance when I requested it. And on top of that the line every month. They offered me 65 dollars which was a slap in the face and previous something to the tune of 150 several months ago but they kept charging me for everything! Everytime I go talk to them and I even had people around me saying, I remember you yelling at them about the insurance, or I remember you telling them to cancel the line... They never did any of it, they didnt document it and they keep charging me for it all and nobody will step into help. They have this fraudulent notating system that doesn't serve it's purpose at all. They just do whatever they want. They never tried to offer another phone, fix the insurance issue... NOTHING!

You just held my phone hostage for days without even a word that you were doing so, thereby leaving me without a way to communicate, check in with my doctor, pick up groceries, NOTHING. You truly have to be the absolute worst scumbag phone company on this earth. The phone was bought and paid for and there was no viable contract, but you still felt the need to hold it hostage causing us hours of unneeded stress. I have a good mind to contact an attorney.

Well on 05/04/23 I went to a tmobile store just so that they could order my screen protector again. The Employee called me Over and pulled keyboard out and said fill out your info and walked off to helpthe female customer turned and told his coworker really have me do yalks job felt so discriminated on hatedon disrespected and humiliated cause im Hispanic. In 23yrs of loyal services I've never had to fill out my own information even the tmobile store from the morning filled out everything even filled a complaint with them. Was called said sorry and that they'll let me know about the feedback. So Sunday I called to check status and basically was told it wad closed cause an executive got ahold of the store and that was that. What about me I could of gone back to prison for lashing out cause of my anxiety. Well with that response it really makes me feel that it's okay to discriminated on Hispanics in Texas. T-Mobile failed to set up new account and disconnected my phone from any service.
I'm a frequent traveller. Because I had been outside the USA for 3+ months, I no longer qualified to use Google Fi. I attempted to sign up for T-Mobile Go 5gPlus plan as an alternative. When transferring phone numbers, T-Mobile made a mistake and disconnected my phone from all service entirely. I've been on the phone with T-Mobile Support for 9+ hours the last three days, and T-Mobile doesn't seem to be anywhere close to having a solution.
Don't bother - seems like a monkey setup
In December a third party (Easy Nuts) transferred us from Ziggo to T Mobile All-In-1 package. Its now April and the wrong wall connection was installed (due to Easy Nuts incorrectly advising it was just internet), 2 engineers have been to the house and the first one mumbled about it being the wrong box but then left and did nothing, another engineer was sent (we called T Mobile and had notes put on the account about the right box being needed) and he also arrived empty handed although he tried to help by ringing around various parties. I called to cancel today after 5 months waiting. Customer services said the box was with DHL today but who knows - after this long it would be a miracle! Customer services didn't apologise once for being messed around for 5 months. Just stayed silent and asked if I still wanted to cancel. Don't bother - seems like a monkey setup
Stay away from tmobile!!
In 2016 had a Brandon McDaniels from Tmobiles president office literally forge my name on a contract. Even tmobile and Sprint store employees said it wasn't my signature. Left tmobile to go to Sprint. Big mistake Sprint merging with tmobile when alot of Sprints customers switched from tmobile to Sprint, only to get stuck with tmobile again. I have 1 year left on my contract with tmobile. Per the contract they pay for my Amazon Prime and Tidal subscription and are under contract to do so, for another year. On April 1st, 2023 my Amazon Prime stopped working in the middle of a movie. Then I got a email from Amazon that my subscription ran out. Called them and found out tmobile canceled it?? Called tmobile and found out on April 1st they dropped their contract with Amazon. Evidently because of this, tmobile thinks it can break thousands of customers contracts and DOES NOT CARE!! THEY ARE A JOKE!! Said they notified customers it was going to happen and a NEW DEAL for something else is coming up?? WHAT?? I got no notice of anything!! Plus just go ahead a break thousands of legal contracts and you don't care!! YOU ARE UNDER CONTRACT TO PAY MY PRIME FOR ANOTHER YEAR! Filed a complaint with the B.B.B. another idiot from their Presidents office. Even admitted they are supposed to be paying my Amazon

I called this service for a flip phone with a pre pair plan, they told me I was under NO contracts, and I only would be charged IF I TURNED THE PHONE ON. Verizon ended up making me a much better deal so I got the T-Mobile phone in the mail, and never turned it on.
Then three months later they send me a past due bill for my monthly service? one I NEVER signed up for. So I called them and Immediately told them to cancel everything that it was out of line to have a bill that negatively effected my credit.
I spoke to Jaan customer service agent and she proceeded to tell me that I also have to pay for the phone as well! I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT I never agreed to any of this and now I have a $250 bill for a phone I never used (which weighed 3 pounds by the way) and the worst customer service that took no responsibility for the sales agent that screwed me. AWFUL!

My brand new Samsung Galaxy ZFlip 4 has broken. It's a factory defect, not a drop...not anything I caused. I just got laid off from work and I need my phone. T-Mobile said it will take 2 weeks for me to get a new phone and that it's on backorder.
I was only told this after I went to a T-Mobile store, they said I had to go to their repair shop a town over, the repair shop said I had to call the claims department and the claims department told me I had to call T-Mobile. This is how you treat your customers? This is bananas! I cannot believe that after years of loyal consumption, this what you do to me in a time of real need. I would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone...Not even my worst enemy! Your company and customer service is trash! Thanks for absolutely nothing,
No service is a very bad service !!!
Tmobile Netherlands. On 19January I signed for Fiber Internet on T-mobile. We are now in 13 March and I still do not have internet. I called customer support 13 times (exactly 13) still they can not say when they will install the modem (the fiber was installed in the first 3 weeks) The call wait time is about 10-18 minutes and as soon as it rings they close the call. During the office hours there is almost no way to talk with somebody on their side. Today during another calling attempt, they passed me form one collogue to another until at 6`th collogue when I closed the call. Last week somebody from T-mobile came to ask me if I want fiber internet. They do not even know who has already signed with them or not. I will contract Ziggo back and never try T-mobile again. Even the T-mobile Phone subscription is crap because the internet works only in NL. I have the roaming activated and data in romaming also.
T-Mobile cancelled my contract by mistake and don't want to fix this
A few days ago I decided to contact T-Mobile tech support after having slow connection issues for a couple of weeks and having to reboot my router almost every day.
I went to the chat and explained my issue. Unfortunately, I got distracted and the chat closed to inactivity.
But I saw an email saying that my complaint was actually forwarded to technical support.
The next day I received an odd email, saying that my customer benefits have expired ( I have both mobile and Thuis subscriptions ). I saw in the app that I'm still registered to my old address, but I couldn't change it, so I called customer service. The person on the other end of the phone was puzzled by the situation ( he didn't really understand what was going on in the system ) so he opened a ticket and left some comments on the one opened a day before.
After the call, I noticed that my internet stopped working…
I called the support once more, and have been told my contract was canceled for some reason.
Again it wasn't unclear why ( not just to me, but also to the customer service ).
After some time of trying to understand what happened, he managed to get to tech support, and they told him ( I was on hold ) that it was indeed canceled. There is no way to restore it and I need to make a new one.
I was of course infinitely frustrated and angry, but for me, it was more important to restore the connection, than to figure out who did what and why.
So I agreed and was transferred to the sales department where I got a new contract and was transferred back to customer service.
And this is when they told me I need to wait for 2 weeks!!!! to get connected again and they cannot do anything.
They didn't want to escalate this to the management, even though I requested this several times.
They sent me an unlimited internet code for a week. But I already pay for an Unlimited mobile subscription.
After about half an hour of arguments, I managed to get a 10 euro discount ( Wow, so generous! Thank you T-Mobile! ).
I mostly work from home, so It affects me quite a lot.
Besides that I use an iPhone, which makes changing the HotSpot name so the devices think it's the router and connect to it is inconvenient, not to mention that it only supports up to 8 devices. And occasionally it stops sharing the HotSpot.
This makes a lot of my WiFi devices unusable.
I really don't understand how a company can do whatever they want and not have any consequences.
I thought a contract works both ways. And since they broke the contract I expect them to go the extra mile to help me go about my day, or at least give me some actual discount. ( 10 euro discount and a code for what I already pay for is a joke ).

Both very humble, graceful, sincere, and listened. I will stay a Tmobile customer knowing, they have my back with support. Phones cost money, we are all struggling.
They made the effort with quality, and details, and helped me on my way.

Rude staff, irresponsible installation, terrible system, no idea what happened, good service provider in the past, sadly just the past! I have been a loyal customer of t-mobile since 2014 and used multiple packages, but I chose to leave in 2023
Increased monthly costs for "inflation correction" while the price for a new customer is still the same!
I got internet service for my house about six month ago with the base price of 40 euros per month. Then after six month they added 8.6% to my monthly costs for "inflation correction". It seems okay at first with the high inflation rates but, if you want to get the same service from them as a new customer, the price is still 40 euros per month.
It doesn't make sense, inflation is not only for me as an old customer. We have a contract and you should stick to that contract. Especially when it is possible for you to provide the sane service with the same price for a new customer. Would you reduce the monthly costs if we had deflation?
Why should I pay more so you can trick new customers to buy your service with the old price?
WORST PROVIDER ON EARTH
The absolute WORST mobile provider on the face of this planet. We recently switched over to Verizon wireless and discovered that we have been getting charged upwards of $100 a month for "free" tablets we were provided by tmobile, but had returned to a store in person. They refuse to give us our money back or close our account until we pay our final bill. We are still fighting this bill. My husband is on the phone with them as we speak. They were supposed to send us a check to pay off our final bill, but we have yet to recieve one. It's been 2 weeks since that phone call, more than enough time to get a check. Every time we call these people, we have to re-explain and yell to reconvince the next customer service rep that we DO. NOT. have either of the tablets they are charging us for. We are INCREDIBLY unhappy. I will NEVER EVER recommend t-mobile as long as I walk this earth.
