So, in 2018 I signed a 2 year mobile contract with T-Mobile (unlimited data, calls and SMS). Until October 2018 all was great. From November 2018 T-Mobile informed me that they changed their commercial plan and that now my subscription was only unlimited while I would be outside of NL. Makes no sense, right? They asked me to start paying 9.99 EUR/month in order to be able to continue calling unlimited from NL to EU which I accepted since 1) I was not offered the alternative to cancel my contract and 2) my family lives abroad (still in EU). Since my contract is coming up for renewal in October 2020 I checked again their website. To my surprise they are offering the exact same contract that I had until October 2018 for a lower price 37.5 EUR. When I called to inquiry why I was not informed of that change in their commercial plan (as it happened in November 2018) and I still have to pay extra 9.99 EUR/month, their answer was that I signed a contract. So for T-mobile when you sign a contract and they change the terms to their benefit customer has to incur extra costs. When they change the terms and it is not to their benefit (in order to fish new clients) old customers are not informed and they are still being charged higher rates.

I had a really bad experience with…
I had a really bad experience with T-mobile thuis. They scheduled the appointment with some KPN contractors to wire the dsl cable for my apartment. The contractors did some damage to my house intercom system, and after lengthy discussion with t-mobile customer care, they refused to reimburse me for the expense caused to repair the intercom. Never again.
Talk about gouging
Hello, I work as an independant contractor in tech support and customer service for a high and spa company. I have been a loyal t-mobie customer for 4 years and have been referred T-mobile to many others. 4 days ago I received my new Galaxy S9. Today a client fell and knocked my phone on to a concrete surface craking the back of my phone in a spiderweb pattern. when I called about the insurance ths wanted a $99 deductable to replace it and would not cover my $1000 4 day old phone under warranty. I even offered to pay for the shipping. Lessoned learned! T-mobile does not warranty $1000 phones that are 4 days old and requires a $99 deductable after paying $1000 4 days prior. I will not refer anyone else and am now thinking about switching to xfinity mobile. I use my phone for business. My years of loyalty and $1000's spent means nothing to this company! Now off to the BBB for the legalities... Thanks a bunch for taking advantage of a sole proprinter and a fluke accident
If there was a way to put ZERO STARS I…
If there was a way to put ZERO STARS I would. T-Mobile has 3rd party sub contractors that go to businesses door to door pitching business owners on how much money they could save by switching to T-Mobile. They said WE have the same coverage as your current provider which is Verizon by the way.. We will be able to save you a lot of money and still provide the same great service. That was straight BS. First of all it was supposed to be an easy switch over that would only take one day by swapping out the sim cards in our phones. That wasn't true either. I called corporate to find out why the phone was't working and corporate told me to go to a local store so they can fix it for me. When I got to the local store they were upset that they had to spend time on something they weren't making any money on but after a couple hours they were able to get it working. They are also supposed to pay your last bill from you previous provider even if you still have a phone that on monthly payments. This is NOT TRUE either. After learning all of this feeling like I was stupid for listening to a door to door salesman...When I get home I realize barely have 1 bar showing up on the phone when I get in my house. I work every other day from home calling my clients which was perfectly fine with Verizon but NOW my clients can't hear me with the same I-phone 8 that I previously had with Verizon. As I'm trying to port over the last of the numbers needed on my plan from Verizon. Verizon asks me why are you switching and I said..."Because we're stupid we believed the T-Mobile Salesman" After saying it out loud.... I realized I'm never going to be happy with T-Mobile and Verizon was perfectly fine with taking us back so that's what I did. Now I go to T-Mobile to cancel service and give them back the new I-Phone that came with may T-Mobile plan on monthly payments. Oh no they say we can't take back the phone. You'll have to pay for that in full. It's only $799 + $229 for the one months bill. We had only started the switching process 30 days ago. Even though it took over a week to get the phone working properly T-Mobile will not take it back and basically scammed me out of my hard earned money. I wasn't going to pay it but they said we'll mark it against your credit.
So now that I've written a book about my experience with T-Mobile ...I hope it helps whoever reads this to NOT get burned by them. Their coverage is terrible and they allow lying salesman to push their products door to door without consequences. Then they won't stand behind what that low life lying salesman tells you. They say they are a 3rd party company we have no control over them.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY T-MOBILE DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN. THEY ARE LIARS & CROOKS
Unlocking Experience With Tmobile Customer Service Sucks Really Big
Hi All,
I have been a very loyal customer of tmobile for the past four years, Two years ago i took iphone 7+ from tmobile by paying 280$ as initial payment and 27$ every month as installement, I have paid off a balance of $55 this month and trying to get the phone unlocked, I have spoke to the customer service rep over the phone for 10 to 15 mins and they have sent me the instructions on how to unlock my phone to backup the phone, erase the content and restore it from the backup. After i have done it for the first time i have tried to insert another carrier sim card it didnt work, then i tried calling the customer service, this time they say u should have tried it after 48 hrs, so next day i go ahead and try to do it again same problem, it didnt work, I call the customer service again they re-started the program again and it went upto 4 times each i spent 3 hrs till know i have spent more than 12 hrs to unlock my FULLY PAID iphone 7 PLUS, After that i have them again know the customer rep say "He has done everything he can do and escalated to his supervisor and he ran some process and asked me to wait for 24 hrs to get the phone unlocked, i tried after 24 hrs it didnt work, I have called them again this time they connected me with the Supervisors, supervisor and she says she is white listing my IMEI number which should unlock my phone with in 24 hrs, if it is not unlocked they will claim the warranty for my phone and send another phone to the near by Tmobile store to replace my phone, This time is well it got failed and i called them again just couple of hours ago, I have spent hour talking to them, they say they cant unlock my phone and cant replace my phone under warranty and giving me a suggestion to JailBreak my phone from outside (third party) I the person who spoke with me for the last time was very rude and he went to claim that the phone i was using is not even Tmobile phone some other carrier phone(If my phone was another carrier why would i ask the Tmobile to get it unlocked and how come Tmobile sim will work in another carrier phone) . I was really very very upset the way Tmobile delt with me in getting my phone unlocked. Even after spending 20 HOURS with them they didnt resolve my issue.

From Vodafone to T-Mobile
Recently switched from Vodafone to T-Mobile, both with private and my company accounts. Very smooth sailing, great customer service in shops and online.
Satisfied customer over the last 8 years for the most part
I've been with Tmobile for more then 8 years now. They're service has always been pretty reliable. There are a few times in certain areas that my service stopped working correctly but for the most part I've had good service over the years. The customer service could be a little bit better and the price isn't the best in the industry which is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 but other then that, I'm a satisfied customer.
Been with them 11 years
Been with them 11 years, very accommodating and helpful. Always aim to please! Love tmobile
