DONT GET T-MOBILE
If you are looking for a carrier or you are with a carrier, Like T-MOBILE don’t get it or get out from it. I been with T-Mobile 6 years and they have been the worst ever in my life. I also worked for T-Mobile for 2 years as a manager. So I have so much experience and recognition of this SCAMMING COMPANY. I hate it with a passion. My bill has been $430 dollars every month no less than that. ITS RIDICULOUS! Every month I have to call them to talk about my billing losing 1-2hr on the phone each time. The customer service is really bad they are so unprofessional they make mistakes in your account than later as customer you have to pay for them. I have spoke to supervisors from the customer service area of my region. And they are all the worst as well they would literally do the same thing that the representatives do. You tell them your story and they don’t care they take your story or whatever you told them and count you as a liar or you making up things to get advantage. I sure would love to get the hell out of this company but I’m stuck with them because of the stupid promotions they say are the best as so they say. You get stuck with this promotion for 24 damn months on the most expensive rate plan you can cancel your line until than or if you do you will end up paying the whole device. I have tried to talk to so many reps and supervisors to lower my bill and I have no way around it or they won’t make an exception for me when they see I’m struggling to pay this bill every month. I hate T-MOBILE I would never recommend to anyone all my family members hate T-Mobile all my friends hate T-Mobile and so do I. I’m tired of being scammed like this of my money every month and they never help or understand or make exceptions for long time customers. This is how they repay us. Reps on the phone each time I talk promise you a courtesy credit to help with your bill and or situation. But once you get off the phone with them it’s never there on the bill. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS.

I was quoted 4 different prices by 4 different representatives and they keep upping my hill and adding charges without my consent. I was told last month my bill would be 70 a month now they're trying to charge me 120

For 10 days, they did not call to install internet. When I call, they said that I need to call their supplier. When I called the supplier, they said that they will call me in five days. So my suggestion is to find another company for internet

I called many times, finally I received an email with the notification that payment was cancelled… nevertheless I now found out they took the money from my account. Stay away. A bunch a dishonest liars.
No house internet for 3 months
No house internet since 3 months! In August I subscribed to T-Mobile house internet and at first, it took them more than 3 weeks just to install it. They said it will be active in a few days, it wasn't. After 7 or 8 calls they finally sent someone -after 1 month!?!?!- to check the connection. The person left saying he needs to check something but he didn't come back neither informed me about anything. Again after 10-15 calls I was told that the issue was with the signal company that tmobile works with. But if I didn't make all those calls, for which I waited tens of minutes each time, they wouldn't realize and make action. And even then it took them weeks even months to do so. They said the signal company was called Guidion and then it was called Kpn and then it was again something else. Lies over lies. There was only one person(Max) who took some initiative, and gave me some answers. Afaik, until I spoke to him, nothing was done, and this was in late October! Early Aug to late Oct, no action from
TMobile, shame! I wish this was it. They said the signal carrier has to make a meeting to check the issue and were suppose to call me afterwards. Ofc they didn't call. It has been two weeks and I still didn't hear anything from them even though I keep calling
TMobile everyday. The amount of calls I had with them in the past 3 months is obscene. If you are not capable to fix a signal issue, at least have some honor to inform your clients. I still don't know why I have no internet. Give me one proper reason to not switch to another company. One!
Total fraud
Total fraud! It took them one week to activate my SIM. The customer service is the worst I've seen. After the activation it didn't work because they said I needed to be in the country. Got back home, and finally had the Sim for one day before I go to holidays. During the holidays: surprise! The sim doesn't work in another country. I contacted the customer service they said I have to pay another 150 euros to use my Sim in another country, or wait for three months. Then I asked about cancellation, the guy said I have to pay 200 euros for cancelation. And the 14-day cool-off period is over. I was able to use my sim just one week before!!
Great
I was with Sprint for several years then went with T-Mobile right before they took over Sprint. I have always had great customer service and everyone has been so nice. Service for my phone has been very good and covers 95% and more every day of where I have gone. Their internet wifi is excellent and can’t beat it for unlimited for $55.
Not recommended at all, worst service
Was promised a running wifi in two weeks at the time of buying. But they say it might take a couple of months till I have glassfiber connection to my house. Very bad customer service. Not recommended at all

After more than 2 months trying to sort on a renewal / extension of my contract I can undoubtedly say it’s an ultra incompetent customer care. After being contacted by KPN to move to them with a great deal I contacted T-Mobile and said my partner just had an new contract at T-Mobile starting 01/01/22. If they could match it I would also stay otherwise would switch to KPN. They Sent contract through and contacted several departments and persons with no one fixing the problem of the overcharge. It kept of being passed to different persons. No impressed and zero accountability. Go to another provider. I know I will for sure next time.

I use both gsm and home internet services. GSM service is good. Home internet had connection and reliability problems previously. They replaced the modem and so far so good.
Their price is the best in the NL.

My god so bad... 19 minute wait, then someone who put me on hold AGAIN for 10+ minutes, (she had to ask????) just because they! did not send an invitation to the company who is supposed to install our internet! Super good home internet and TV
I was a Ziggo client for 4 years and had always problem with my internet connection. After switching to Tmobile Thuis, my internet connection became very good and stable. In short, I have been very happy with Tmobile service and quality in the past year :)
Cut a SIM card out of cardboard and insert it in your phone instead. Same result.
I try to top up online once a month. About half of the time I need to call customer service because there is an issue. The response is "to be patient! Top up does not work at the moment." With no explanation or time frame, or feasible alternative. This company will give me stomach ulcers if I stay with them.
