Great products lovely material and long lasting

The product quality from TATB is always amazing and I always get so many compliments for the little outfits. However, in the recent sale I found things chaotic. I had 4 items in my basket which were selling out and we’re being removed as I was completing my purchase. This resulted in me paying for 4 items at £27 but only completing on 2 which cost £18. I emailed customer service last Thursday (5 days ago) for support around this and I’ve yet to hear back from them or receive a refund. Please beware if you choose to shop with them in a sale!!

Off sizing
I really wanted to like your clothes. The print is beautiful and the cotton very soft but the sizing is totally awful. So you cannot have same waist width size in 2-3 yrs old w 3-4. I’m so disappointed.

My purchases were intended as presents. It is embarrassing to learn that one of the recipients has expressed disappointment to Tobias and the Bear regarding small sizing and lack of fasteners (which concerned me when I saw a bodysuit in use) but the issue is compounded by lack of response to their message.

Beautiful products - the receivers of gifts were thrilled

I originally bought a pair of these leggings in 2016 which have now been passed onto my younger child. My older child wanted a pair to match her brother so I ordered a pair for her and the quality has really dropped over the years, I’m really shocked. If I hadn’t have already given them to my daughter I would be returning. Disappointed

The products always look nice and are of good quality. But some pieces are just too small for their indicated size. One body that I ordered in size 18-24 months was too small for my 17 months old baby who is rather slim. He only wore it once and then I didn’t squeeze him into it again. Of course I couldn’t return it since I had already washed it before the first use.
Some other pieces I ordered in the same size were big enough and could be worn a few times before they became too small. Therefore I find that there is no consistency in their sizing.

Play suits of great quality, not been used yet as too large for grandson.
There was a problem when received as package had been damaged by the courier company, but they were quickly replaced and Victoria dealt with the issue promptly.

Delivery was very fast, and the quality was so lovely, my 1 year old looks so lovely in his romper and we get lots of mummies asking where we got his outfit from.

I bought it directly from the site for the first time this time.
The design is very cute and I'm looking forward to wearing it for children. It depends on the purchase price, but I am grateful that the shipping fee will be free.
