So disappointed with the baby blanket from the colab with Wonder and Rah. The quality is really poor, its tiny and it took an age to arrive. This was a gift for a friend who's just had her little girl and I feel embarrassed to give it to her.

I'm really sorry if you're disappointed with your purchase with us. I can see that you had the blanket personalised which is why it would have taken a while to arrive - we do state on the personaliser on the website as well as in order confirmation emails that personalised items do take 2 weeks to arrive because they are sent off to be embroidered.
Re the size, it is a pram blanket and sized at 70cm x 70cm which is stated on the product page so I'm sorry if you feel this wasn't made clear to you when you ordered.
We only usually hear amazing things about the quality of our items - you can read the customer reviews both on Trustpilot and our product pages, including for the item you have purchased - and we stand by our quality. I’ve tried to reorder the items that…
I’ve tried to reorder the items that I’ve ordered few days ago before they reduce the price again as I’ve found they still have the items in stock and there are price difference with what I’ve got. Unfortunately, they are not flexible at all regards the procedure and just found that won’t be free return for Sales items. Very disappointed!

I'm sorry if you were disappointed that items you bought in the sale were further reduced. This is standard in sales as I'm sure you understand but I can understand how it would be annoying if you'd previously purchased items that were still in stock. I can see that you actually shopped with a £5 discount code on top of the sale discounts, which wouldn't have actually been valid on the further reductions so the difference in price between what you actually paid and what you might have paid on further reductions would actually have only been £1.80.
Re free returns, that's a service that we offer for our full priced items as it's a big expense to us as a small business and so not something we can cover on highly discounted items.

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your delivery. I can see that you placed your order with us on a Wednesday evening, we dispatched it the next day and it then took 3 working days to arrive with you in Ireland but I'm sorry if that wasn't as efficient as you expected.

Sizing
Sizing across the range is quite inconsistent. I have a number of items in various styles in age 18-24 months from both main range and sample sale, and there is a huge discrepancy in sizes. Super cute though!
