I have had medical insurance with HF for over 10 years now, in the last year it’s been harder and harder to make successful contact with them, often emails are not responded too, and today I was in a queue for 40 minutes when it was my turn I was put through to voicemail ?
I’m considering changing to another insurance policy once I’m due for renewal
As the customer care has definitely declined

Oh boy…I bought landlord insurance through them and I made it clear what i wanted to be covered.
I was sleeping at night thinking that i was covered well. Recently, a problem with the pipes inside my flat had caused issues requesting emergency work. I have repaired it and claimed for the cost as i thought it was covered as the salesperson made it clear to me. Unfortunately they rejected my claim, All landlords to pay attention to their policies.

When we first got to know Daniel, we were buying a property and had already lined up a mortgage offer ourselves. Nonetheless, team Daniel and Kate set out to help and fount us a much improved offer without any delay on the conveyancing process. They were effective yet patient and nothing was too much of a trouble. When we changed our mind and decided to buy a different property halfway after they had already secured a mortgage for us, they went above and beyond their way; they not only helped us transfer the offer to the new property but also extended the expiry date of the mortgage offer to accommodate the extra time required to go through the new conveyancing process. Needless to say, we were most grateful and impressed with their ability and professionalism.

Additionally, they are warm and approachable people, always provided us with good advice and prompt feedbacks. We felt we were in safe hands throughout.

Total Landlord Mortgages did a fantastic job for us, a residential property buyer, despite the fact that they specialise in Buy to Let and other property related mortgages for Commercial / Professional property investors and developers which we are not. We are confident they can achieve even better results for landlords, developers and property investors alike.
