The team of three arrived on time. They were very polite and friendly. They cleared our loft of all the old insulation in bags without any dust or noise. The job was estimated to take 2 days and they completed on time. They also offered advice on the condition of the electrical system.

We are having a nightmare with a flea Infestation as we recently took in a kitten riddled with fleas and have three other cats as well already. The fleas were absolute nightmare where were a complete pain as I keep getting bitten all the time. Jemma Murray came out a couple of times and was fantastic both times so helpful. Nothing was a problem and even followed up on the service. Very sympathetic and understanding she was fantastic. Would definitely recommend her to help get your flea infestation under control. Hopefully we’ve seen the last of the pesky fleas now 🤞🤞🤞 thanks again !!

How refreshing for a company to give their honest opinion that I did not need new loft insulation. I was very impressed. I called them after having glis glis in my loft. Daz who came to do the survey was polite, friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend this company .

Great swift service, thank you. We had noticed a growing number of wasps in our garden and identified a nest in the eves of the house. One phone call to Richard who responded quickly, booked a time for the next day to treat the nest. All gone within 24 hours. Thank you.

Problem with a wasp's nest. Booking process was simple, very pleasant helpful lady took payment over the phone and said a technician would contact me direct to arrange appointment. Couple of days later received a call from Nick who came and dealt with the nest. Good job well done, I'd used them again.

My mum had Jem Murray to her loft yesterday to get rid of rats. She said Jem was fantastic all the way through the visit, explained how they were likely getting in and put some traps in there. My mum has been beside herself with this, but Jem was fantastic and really made her feel comfortable. This is the 2nd exterminators my mum has had, and this was by far the most confident she has felt that the problem would be dealt with properly and effectively.
