The Surveyor kept to his word, kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would. He chased the contractor and checked progress. The work was completed speedily and site left tidy. They were polite and respectful.

Jemma Murray was a total star. She was really quick to respond and flexible to our time available. She spotted another live nest we had missed. She was very helpful regarding the safety of our little one. Totally recommended.

I have to personally thank Jemma Murray who came to help after an infestation of ants. So polite and honestly made the process a lot less stressful. Done everything so quickly and explained how I can maintain it. So reassuring would definitely recommend her services to anyone!

Clear explanation and good adviced when had a issue.

Had a nasty looking wasp's nest in one of the garden bushes, so I left an email, only to be phoned back swiftly with a convenient date agreed.
Joe arrived & assessed the nest. He got to work immediately & sprayed the offending area (which apparently kills the wasps).
Suffice to say, all now dealt with sufficiently.

Asked for a quote to add extra insulation to the roof after having had a rodent in the roof. Within 2 weeks of acceptance job had been done. All checked that no sign of ongoing infestation and completed in less than a day. Team who carried out the work were efficient and polite leaving the house tidy. As an extra a huge wasps nest was removed after the queen had been removed.

Contacted them for a quote to strip our old loft insulation and remove rat droppings and bodies, got a call back from office and provided full details, told someone else would call to arrange visit and quotation, never received this call and have no time to chase the company if they don't want the business.
After posting a one start review a director of the company took the time to call me and apologise for the lack of callback and that it was of course not intentional.

I had a nasty beetle infestation in my chimney which was frightening my children but Total Pest Control came out the same day thanks to Alison in the office for such a speedy service, Alison recognised the desperation! This was resolved the same day, would highly recommend, thanks Nicola
