I would have given 5 stars but for the mix up in entering my address in the order process.
The website has an address selection algorithm. Granted, I selected the suggestion as it showed the correct post code. But I missed the lack of house name. This caused the delivery company and me problems in getting the product to me.
Town Tools were as helpful as the could be. But I had to sort it out from my end.
A lot of fuss could have been avoided if the address selection was more efficient (like others) and made the customer select an address from a list or required them to enter the address manually
The product did eventually arrive and is fine

Possibly the worst online provider I’ve…
Possibly the worst online provider I’ve ever used. They supplied a log cutter that broke the first time it was used. It took way too many attempts with online chats for them to begrudgingly admit they’d supplied it and been paid, two emails to their sales department followed, neither were ever responded to.
It’s going to the recycling centre and I’ve lost my money. Take care.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Ordered karcher parts - two weeks later have recieved nothing. Received same message from their courier EVRI for five days on the trot “unable to deliver” - EVRI haven’t even bothered trying to deliver (its a business address so someone here everyday) - so now two weeks later - no goods - and no sight of refund - reading reviews i am not the first person this has happened to
