Poor service
Poor service - I ordered a Vice on 5th December and I have yet to receive it - They use Evri to deliver, Who had on the tracking that they were delivering it to a Evri drop off point on the Wednesday and then on the Friday 13th it is back at Depot being sorted again? So I still might not get it untill Monday 15th
When I emailed Town Tools customer service they just told me "it was being sorted for delivery" Which I could see that for myself on the tracking, no apologies etc that it has been over a week and I still not received the item.
Wish I had ordered the vice from Amazon now.

The Draper pump didn't work on auto
The Draper pump didn't work on auto. This was quickly rectfified by Towntools and Draper. A replacement arrived on my doorstep and is now working in the cellar
