I’m very pleased with my order and it was delivered quickly. The handles are well made, and the fixing method is excellent. They are exactly what I wanted.

Excellent service all round. Very reasonable prices and the items ordered were despatched and delivered very quickly. They were well packaged and I received excellent communication throughout the whole process. It's not the first time I have used tradefit and it won't be the last given my experience.

I am very pleased to correct the poor review I submitted last Friday afternon. Tradefit phoned me within ten minutes of my review, apologised for the non delivery saying the item must have be mislaid by Amazon & promised a replacement would arrive by 10am Monday. However Amazon, worried about Monday rushhour traffic, made a special delivery at10am Sunday!
Now thats what I call real,old fashioned, customer care. Thank you both

Ordered an inner letter box tidy…competitively priced and despatched quickly. Arrived without the screws, so a quick email to Customer Service asking if some could be popped in post. A shout out for Callie in their customer service. She did just that and emailed me back. They arrived the next day. Can’t ask for more. Excellent service and appreciated.

Excellent delivery and good quality product. Fitting instructions could be a bit better (idiot proof) but if your a DIY person you can usually find your way through them.

Good quality strong T hinges etc. ordered and despatched same day with next day delivery. Excellent service and would recommend. Strangely the T hinges came with 14 screws for 19 holes. One set had countersunk the other round head. This wasn't a problem for me but might trouble others. This didn't spoil my first experience buying from Tradefit and will use again without hesitation.

Quick and easy to order online. Ordered at 3.30pm and was delivered by 11am the next morning what else can you ask for

Superb customer service from Tradefit. Placed an order for a very small item which, through no fault of Tradefit, was delivered to wrong address. Contacted Tradefit and they immediately sent a replacement item which arrived the next day. Cannot fault this company, The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again if the need arises.
