We got the delivery of the walking belt three days afterwe ordered. It was the right part and was able to fix the unit promptly. Suggest better Guidelines for the model we had. No problem. We are happy

Very satisfied with price and so far the performance of the plug. Good customer service fast and easy. No extra fees when I reached out about me receiving the wrong power plug and they promptly send me the correct one once I submitted a picture Of the actual cord I needed. Thank You !!!!

The belt was recd without any issues. I was a little concerned since it appeared that a tensioner was no longer reqd with this belt.
I was able to remove and replace the belt with no issues.

Was great product works well.
We recently received the shocks for the tread climer . They were as advertised came on time and shipped fast. Product is working great. Definitely would recommend treadmill Dr to any one that needs to replace parts for their treadmills.

I just purchased a used threadmill from someone. 2 weeks later threadmill stopped working. I called threadmill doctor and spoke to Steve.Steve helped me trouble shoot the issue and I ordered the parts. I received them yesterday and I installed them myself. I’m up and running. I don’t know many places that would assist u in finding the issue. Thanks a lot Rocco
