The replacement sleeve was fine. Instructions could be better. This is the second time I did a treadmill front roller sleeve replacement. The first time, I didn't know that two people are needed to ensure that heating is evenly accomplished and lumps do not occur. Yes, i looked at videos, but Treadmill Doctor could do us all a favor by spending a few more words on instructions.

wife's treadmill quit working. I figured it was a control board but wasn't sure so I called and talked to a tech. I described the problem ordered the part - it arrived 2 days later in the afternoon. Instructions were simple to follow but i didn't really need them.

My only question was the existing (old) control board has a plug for a ground wire mounted to the frame of the unit. New one didn't.

I did have to reverse the wires for the incline motor. Motor speed was accurate with no adjustment needed.

All in all it took me about 1/2 hour to do everything.

I will say I'm somewhat mechanically inclined so I'm not afraid to tackle things like this. But basically you take the cover off the motor area. Take 2 screws loose that mound the board to the unit. Then it's a matter of unplugging 1 set of wires and installing on the new board - 1 set at a time.

It may have gone a little faster because I had a 4 year old helping me and when it came time to plug in and test - he kept his fingers crossed (must have worked). now my wife can get back on that horse and start walking again. (I walk outside).

Mike was nice but the treadmill repair kit didn’t work for my machine. I’m still waiting for my money to be returned after 3 weeks of sending back the kit.

Y’all were very knowledgeable website was very easy to operate around and when I picked it up from the warehouse in downtown Memphis the lady was super nice.

Found a drive motor for my treadmill that no one else had in stock at a great price. Delivery was in 2 days.
