I ordered a couple of bags for myself…

I ordered a couple of bags for myself and my mom from this company and honestly, I’m really impressed. The leather feels thick and high quality, and the bags look like they would sell for a lot more in a store here in the US. They don’t feel cheap at all.
Shipping was straight to my door, everything was packed well, and the bags arrived in great condition. Their customer service was also excellent they replied quickly and were very helpful and polite. I was a little nervous before ordering, especially after reading a few negative reviews, but in my experience those complaints don’t match what I received. Some of the accusations people make in those bad reviews seem unfair to me.

Overall, my experience with this company has been great from start to finish. I’ve already placed another order for Black Friday and I’m really looking forward to getting those bags too. Once they arrive, I’ll definitely come back and update my review.

Shipping updates are terrible

Shipping updates are terrible. Leather is stiff and the bottom of the bag is too large for the rest of the bag. Disappointed.

Not too bad experience

Firstly, the confirmation email for the order took days to arrive in my email. Normally, an online purchase confirmation would have been received almost instantaneous.
Secondly, the order took 4 weeks or more to arrive. As this was my first order from Trendiesty, I was afraid that I have purchased from a dodgy site. Luckily, their WhatsApp support was quite assuring.
I purchased the Margaux 15 in dark brown suede. However, when I received my order, the colour was a little towards the burgundy shade in the light and the reinforced edges were a little rough and oddly shaped.
Overall, given the price point of the product, I’m not expecting too much. So, overall still happy with my purchase.

Do not shop from this site .. shipper unknown and arriving time goes back and forth without being able to track properly as they do not tell you who the shipper is . Bag with a stain

I bought a big suede bag and its arrived home on the 27th of September. The bag had a stain and the same day I wrote to the customer service. They immediately wrote back sending instructions to try to erase the stain, but unfortunately I didn't succed.
So they wrote me to keep the bag and promise me a new one for free.
They were kind, but a monte later I'm still waiting for the bag .
I'll let you know Better when they'll deliver me the good one!

Not the service I wanted

My bag had metal work fall off in the first use which is disappointing after emailing the company pictures I was told someone would get back to me in 72 hours. This didn’t happen so I had to chase a response Returning the bag for refund cost me £15 postage. Not my best buy

I had to return the bag

As for the texture, the leather we use is top-layer cowhide that’s been treated to remove imperfections and give it that smooth, flexible finish. It can feel slightly rubbery at first, but softens beautifully with use.

Made the wrong a quick right!

I ordered a couple of bags from this site. I got the bags but not in perfect condition. one was missing a key ring holder that really is a big deal, I asked for the key ring to be sent to me, but was informed that the leather to make the bag was sold out, so they couldn't send me the missing key ring. the leather on this black bag doesn't feel like a great quality leather either. However, the leather on my other bag does feel like good quality leather. Both bags had a bunch of loose stitching that simply should have been trimmed in the quality control process. However, they made it right by letting me choose another bag and letting me keep the one that was missing parts for free. QA is a bit lacking obviously, but they made it worth the order at the end.
