Very easy to deal with. Came out promptly and explained in detail what he could do for us. A couple of days later they turned up and fitted the stairlift as described. Competitively priced and installed in quick time.

Absolutely brilliant service… We needed a stairlift removed from our house and we contacted Trent Stairlifts who swiftly answered our questions and came to remove the stairlift within a few days. On removal day arrived on time, removed within 30 minutes, super swift service… I highly recommend anyone to use Trent Stairlifts…

We've recently had a reconditioned curved stair lift fitted. The make is a ACORN STAIRLIFT and we are very impressed by the product. Trent stairlifts have done a great job and it's nice to use a local stairlift company.

Don't make the mistake we first made and went with a mobility company!!! As all they do is sub the work out!

Dan from Trent Stairlifts visited our home and talked us through all our options and helped us decide on the best choice. He was friendly and helpful and provided us a full quote with no sales pressure whatever. He gave us an idea of when they could install if we decided to go ahead - and we were happy with everything so agreed it. They came to install everything exactly when they said they would, and were very professional, courteous and competent throughout. Since installation, everything has worked really well and we’ve been very happy with the stairlift. As well as being professional they’re also really nice people. Would thoroughly recommend them. We’re glad we found them.

We’ve been with these for a years now and there aftercare is the best out there. They installed a curved Acorn stairlift for us and a lot of are friends now.

Fair on price and a nice set of engineers to deal with. Alway go with a stairlift company not a mobility company!

Trent stairlifts purchased my dad’s stairlift from me and I have to say what a pleasure it was doing business with them! They called me 30minutes before arriving and arrived on time he checked the stairlift and then paid before he dismantled it. He took great care dismantling it and was very polite and hardworking. I am moving house shortly and moving into a bungalow but wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. When talking to him I didn’t realise this company install and rent out stairlifts-I wish I had known this when I was looking to buy one for my dad instead of using a well known company that couldn’t be bothered with us unless I was paying huge amounts of money. If you ever need a stairlift please use this company you won’t regret it!
