Recently just purchased a curved Acorn T565 stairlift. Very pleased we found Trent stairlifts, excellent price and was nice to deal with family company.

We had alpt of quites but these were very reasonable conpared to others.

Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had installed the Acorn T700 straight Stairlift, I was eally pleased with this local stair lift company and their professionalism.

Trent Stairlift was the best price I found, and I got several quotes prior to choosing. I chose to not go with a national company like Acorn or Stannah as their quotes compared to Trent Stairlift were very expensive.

To summarise, Trent Stairlift were great. Professional and the best price locally. I would recommend to all my frends and family.

Rang the company on Monday after searching for a local stairlift installer and it was installed by Thursday evening, following a survey (and useful advice) on Tuesday. Installer gave my mum a thorough demo and explanation. Excellent service all round.

Contacted other companies who failed to deliver a quote and fitting dates within a reasonable time span. In comparison Trent Stairlifts had it quoted and fitted within 10 days. The standard and quality of both the stairlift and the workmanship was excellent. Also the training given to my mother was first class. I feel confident that any follow up customer service will be as professional as the installation. All this and they were reasonably cheaper than the other quotes I eventually received from competitors. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Right from my first phone call Dan was helpful and responsive. He came out to measure up for Mum's stairlift promptly and provided a quote with no pressure. Once we went ahead we were kept fully informed about when the system would be installed. The actual installation was done quickly and tidily.

Dan came to see us to measure up and show us the range of stairlifts available.
No pushy sales , just measure, listen to our requirements and left us with recommendations and a quote.
Had the lift fitted today, no mess, no fuss by a great installer Matt.

I'm currently renting a stairlift due to a foot injury. I chose Trent Stairlifts because of all the positive reviews. I would also highly recommend this company. From initial contact to fitting, everything was very efficient, professional and totally hassle-free. Dan himself was very helpful, friendly and informative. I am pleased with the lift and happy that I can keep renting until my foot finally gets fixed.

Dan was great to deal with - friendly and down to earth. He impressed us by asking if he should wear shoe protectors/face mask on arrival. Information given was straightforward. No hard sell. Arrived when he said he would. Stairlift fitting done with no mess left behind. Would highly recommend!

After initial contact- Dan arrived the next day to measure and gave us a quote instantly - no hard sell- just gave us the information politely. We decided to rent and within 4 days the stairlift was installed and instructions on use given very clearly. No complicated contracts- Installation fee paid and first month rent paid direct when installation was complete and a SO/DD set up for the monthly payments. We can cancel when ever suits us and they will come to remove the stairlift. Very happy with their service.

We contacted Dan based on online reviews and he came to measure up and quote the following day. Our dad had been admitted to hospital on Christmas morning so we were keen to get a stairlift installed as soon as possible. Dan was so professional, there was no pressure or sales pitch, just a solution to dad's difficult stairs. We decided to go ahead with Dan, even cancelling our other appointments, and are so pleased. Dan managed to install the stairlift just over a week later despite it being New Year. The price was very competitive, service was outstanding and the installation went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service from Trent stairlifts. Can’t fault the experience from our first phone call to the day the stairlift was fitted. No sales pressure at all….just very good advice on the options that best suited my circumstances. Stairlift fitted 4 days after initial contact.
