For every hour that I teach, Tutorfair provides an hour of tuition for free to someone who cannot afford to pay. It's such a great story that I tell it to every one of my students. This is what makes Tutorfair stand out so much compared to other tutoring companies.

On top of that, the website is easy to use. I get a text and an email to notify me if a student sends a message, or books a lesson. Every time I've had a query, the staff have been quick to respond and help. The website provides plenty of advice on how to provide better teaching to students, and how to manage my own time more effectively. The whole thing is both professional, and fun at the same time.

TutorFair work to zealously match students that need help with tutors that are experts in their fields. They are an extremely fair company to work with and they have an exceptionally high level of customer service skills. They are very easy to get in touch if anything goes wrong (rarely) and are always super friendly. The fact that they have their TutorFair foundation in place (which means they provide free tuition to those in need), really just adds the cherry on top, making them a fantastic company to work with. They have also added a fantastic new feedback section where tutors can provide written feedback to parents which I think is great and I look forward to using it.

I used Tutorfair.com to find a tutor when I was studying for my Maths A-level exam. The website was really quick and simple to use! I just typed in my postcode and "Maths A-level", and the website showed me a list of maths A-level tutors in my area.

I browsed tutor profiles and sent messages back and forth to tutors that I liked, based on their video, profile information, education and reviews.
As each lesson is booked and paid for through the website, I didn't have to keep reminding my mum to go to the cashpoint before each lesson as it's all pre-paid, so that was quite handy.

My tutor, Tom, was really helpful. He wrote lesson feedback after each lesson which was useful so that I could track my progress.

I felt much more confident when taking my exams over the Summer. I'd definitely recommend using Tutorfair if you need help with a particular topic or support during exam time.

I became a part time tutor on Tutorfair in February 2016 and I've really enjoyed it! The booking system was really quick and convenient as I received a text to let me know when they'd booked and an email reminder before the lesson to keep me organised. Payments were always on time straight into my bank account - I'd heard horror stories of tutors from other agencies completing lessons and not being paid so it was good to know my clients had all paid in advance! Tutorfair also encourage you to leave feedback after each lesson which is important for my own practice - even though I'm a qualified teacher I feel my teaching as really improved since becoming a tutor and reflecting after each session.

The service these guys provide is fantastic - gone are the high agency fees, chasing phonecalls and unreliable tutors. The tutors get to manage themselves, and their ranking depends on them providing good service so they all try their best.

I highly recommend Tutorfair for its fantastic website which makes choosing and booking a tutor simple and efficient. The system has never failed and there are friendly staff on hand to advise, if needed. I also like Tutorfair's policy of using a share of the fees to help teach less privileged children.

I am a dinosaur who can't use any website without a telephone number: it is the first thing I look for. It took me an agonising three whole clicks to find the number, which is normally enough to throw me under a train. Happily, there were no trains passing so it was quicker to ring. I then got a lovely customer service person called Serena who guided me through the terrifying process of booking a tutor through a website rather than in person, and was even extremely polite to me. And the tutor was gorgeous too. Welcome twenty first century.

I used Tutorfair to find a tutor to help me to prepare for an upcoming Maths Exam. Within seconds I had some pretty darn good Maths tutors at my fingertips and at the top results were tutors that lived a couple of miles from me. Getting in contact and booking lesson was easy and I had my first lesson within two days of my first visit on the site. I nailed my exam too!

Tutorfair is a very simple website that allows you to search for tutors. As a tutor, I am able to get loads of business and new clients. I can manage all of my payments and lessons easily through the site and advertise times I am available to tutor. I can also reply to job adverts that I'm interested in without being bombarded by emails about each one.
My favourite part of Tutorfair is the social responsibility aspect- for all the tutoring that I book through the site, they give a donation to the Tutorfair Foundation to help children who cannot normally afford a private tutor.

Simply the best way of finding new tutors. The booking system is very transparent and easy to use. You are free to select tutors without any pressure or interference from the agency. The first lesson is guaranteed which means you will never waste money. All the best tutors are already here so why go to other agencies?

Tutorfair's provision of qualified and dedicated volunteers has raised both the standards and the value-culture of our program. The Stretch Academy cannot recommend them highly enough for their professional integrity and approach.

This is a great site for working mums where every now and then you need some extra help - for example my daughter's grade 4 exam was approaching, she had not mastered her 3rd piece and was panicking and her teacher had no extra time to give her. So I looked for a tutor on the site..was spoilt for choice and booked one (all in the space of 5 minutes) ...Ben arrived at the appointed time, spent one hour with my daughter ...and now she is completely confident with her piece ...and everyone is happy. We also used the site for some ad hoc creative writing help for my son which unlocked his creativity.

As a tutor I have found this website invaluable. Really easy to use and have recommended other tutors to use it and join it. Its also a great place to find other tutors who teach subjects that you don't.
