I have never purchased anything from this company, I called my bank and they cannot cancel the transaction because apparently I signed up for this payment to be made every 2 weeks. It's up to £48 now so luckily I have been able to cancel. I tried their customer service, they cannot tell me what my original purchase was, but I found an invoice for $2 for a gold card ??!! I would never purchase anything like this.
I wondered if anyone knows of another company that may be linked to these, I made a purchase from Temu in the same week but nothing else, maybe they are passing on information ?

I purchased the inventus X9 products- vacuum cleaner, mop, storage set and 4 yrs extended warranty making a total of $1,289.97 in Jan 2022. Few weeks down the track, I noticed all product function were not true but just claims. From then till now, it's only been a waste of money, time and space.
Vacuum suction is subpar, mop performance is terrible as it leaves pool of water here and there.
I made a complain about the vacuum lack of suction power as it was not anywhere close to what was displayed in the advertised video with my own supporting video. However, product was returned back to me advising vacuum is in perfect working condition, only need to use the tubo function which I've also tried and did not give any satisfactory result.
I kept on enduring this torture of the product until I noticed the battery started dropping off constantly while in use which became very frustrating and dangerous. Dangerous because of the battery position, weight of the battery and distance to the feet. There was an instance when the battery fell off and landed on my 15 year old's right foot and several near misses.
To cap it all, in January 2023, the motorised power brush snapped off while in use without any external contact.
I made a video of this and reported issue to TV Shop customer care in January and was advised I would be contacted. I was not contacted by anyone until I followed up on it end of June 2023.
I was later contacted on 03/07/23 to be offered a replacement of the motorised head. However, I advised I was not interested in this product any more hence, would like a refund. I was advised to return the product for assessment which I did within a day.
AND THAT WAS WHEN THE STORY CHANGED AND DRAMA STARTED.
I was advised that the warehouse claimef there was no damage to the vacuum and this would be sent back to me so $29.99 was deducted from my account despite categorically advising the agent I spoke with that I do not authorise the payment because I no longer want or need the product.
I was on the phone for over an hour with TVShop customer care and was literally advised to do my worst as the management's decision stands irrespective of my claims, there will not be a refund no mater what.
As of 21/07/23, the customer care representative was confrontational insisting that I keep a useless product with false product claims.

Ordered a Samsung tablet. Been waiting 6 weeks on a 3 week delivery only to find that now the delivery courier's (skyinexpress) tracking number link to the order cannot be reached (ie site unknown). The item should be at the London sorting centre if yesterday's tracking information is anything to go by! Avoid these wise guys at all costs.

I bought the TEBO Massage Bed and, as promised, I received it in time for my birthday. Being a new bed, it took a couple of nights to get used to it, but the TEBO bed is much more than just a bed. Comparing it with other cheaper massage beds, I discovered that its massage function is unique, being inside the mattress rather than the base like other cheaper models. This means the vibration is closer to your body. Even if you decided to add a mattress topper, you would still benefit from the massage; just increase the intensity or lower it as needed. By the third night, for the first time in years, I was able to sleep seven hours straight. Usually, I get up every couple of hours or so. And I like to sleep with my head slightly elevated, so the 'zero gravity' function makes it easy. My sleep quality has improved significantly (a deeper sleep) and the vibrational massage helps me to relax and improve my circulation. Cannot wait to try out all 20 programs. A quality addition to my health and wellbeing regimen. And the customer service is excellent, making me feel like a valued customer. Very happy with my experience.

If you purchase anything online they automatically set you up as a repeat purchaser. It is very hard to see in their website to uncheck automatic subscription. I have been fighting with the for over 6 months now and have had 2 repeat subscriptions with thin Lizzy. They said last time there was no record of me calling, when I spoke to multiple people over multiple days.

I ordered a thin Lizzy product advertised as a free trial for 30 days. I tried it and it did nothing for me. After 1 week I phone for the address to return it. I have phoned 5 times and couldn’t get the return address. They kept saying they would get someone to give me an order number for return, didn’t happen. They keep talking on and on and getting nowhere. Now the 30 days are up and they are trying to get nearly $200 off me! I closed the account so they can’t just take it! I received a message today telling me payment is overdue. I responded that I am not paying and if they want the product returned they had better send me the address! I go overseas in a few weeks indefinitely so good luck trying to get it then! This is a total scam as they make it impossible to return the product within the time frame!
