Purchased the bambillo adjudstable bed cost over $5000 and it keeps breaking down, their customer service is one of the worst I have spoken to, they send replacement parts from overseas that takes months to arrive, making the bed not fit for purpose still no resolution after 1 year of fighting with them to fix it

Misleading information and rip off company

I bought this TEBO chair from Tv shop 3weeks ago for around 8k and within weeks timeframe i some how managed to return the product.
They sent 2 courier drivers to pick chair from my house , the boys came in and disemmbled the chair while they were doing this I asked them if it’s ok for me to make video for my reference and they agreed.I made the video clearly stating the condition of the chair.in that video it clear showed and clearly stated that this chair has no scratches and it has no damages.The boys looked happy about this statement.
Now after a week later I got a call from tv shop saying that the chair has some scratches on it and they asking for extra $70 from me where they have already taken off P&H fees before they came my house to pick the chair.
After paying them $1000 plus now they still asking me to pay for what I haven’t damaged.
The good thing is that I have all the evidence in photos and video with me.
It’s completely a rip off scheme this Tv shop is doing with they customers.

Fully scammer

Fully scanner. They are a ripped off.
I have canceled my order after 10 min of purchasing. They told me they have all ready sent my order and can't be canceled 😂😂
They hold 5500$ of my money for 6 weeks and after 60 calls and so much stress they give me back.
You are looking for poor quality products and ripped off go for it.

problem solved…

I bought a fish seeker and had issues with it. I rang and talked with several people all were polite and very helpful and managed to get problem solved over the phone. I have tried it out on the local lake and its going as it should. Its nice to be told you are a valued customer, thanks tv shop,.... going fishing!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. A person takes the call like a robot with the same annoying dailogu for ages. Keep sending emails in spite of telling them thousands times. No body cares. Very expensive prices you argue then give you discount. Never put prices on there adds.

Constantly taking money out of my…

Constantly taking money out of my account. Rang them and explain that they are putting me behind on my other bills and expenses. Response was they would put a hold on deductions and that someone would call me. They took another payment the next day after I had spoken to them. Took 2 days for them to call me and said that the person I spoke to was with the wrong department and they are sorry but no refund is possible. Just apologize and said that it wouldn't happen again
They took another payment that afternoon. So 4 payment in 2 days they now tell me the issue has been resolved and that it will only be one payment from now on and thank you for making extra payment on my account and that I'm a good customer and have special deals for me. When I asked them what I'm supposed to tell my landlord about rent being short they suggested that I reviewed my budget and that it was a one off unfortunate incident and it won't happen again but unable to refund the money.

The invictus x7 is the worst vacuum

The invictus x7 is the worst vacuum I have ever brought, I've only had the product since last August and it had lost of suction within the 1st 4 weeks, the turbo button was the only way to make it actually suck, the battery life is very bad when you use this alot. Then a loud, high pitch noise started, then the turbo button stopped working, which meant nothing was actually sucking, then my vacuum stopped working all together, all this only 3 months after having brought it brand new. My process of having this item fixed has been a nightmare, I'm still getting charged for this product that has the worst reviews, with my exact problem, all over the world. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT! TV SHOP ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND STALL AS MUCH AS THEY CAN! I've had kmart vacuums that last 3 years and suck better, that only cost me $80, and this invictus is $1500? Tv shop do not follow the consumer rights act with selling a world wide known faulty product with the worst reviews I've ever seen on any vacuum

I wanted to find out the cost price of the Bambillo Adjustable massage bed for a King single. At the start of the call I made it very clear I was not interested in purchasing or trialing for 30 days, due to financial hardship and personal circumstances. Especially as am currently off work on Medical leave without pay since August 2020. I listened as the Customer service rep intently gave her spiel, asking me several questions about my health issues. I immediately identified a tactic they use to try and persuade you to purchase on emotion, while ignoring why I called. I already had made my up my mind that I was not going to be persuaded by her subtle sales tactics. Even after reminding her my reason for calling she was not forthright on what the cost price was. Then proceeded to try and sell me a $700 plus topper 🙄. Tactfully very pushy. She gave in and finally revealed the bed would cost $8000 plus. I loathe pushy sales people.

Absolutely disgusted with TV shop

Absolutely disgusted with TV shop. I tried to send back my faulty product, they said they won’t accept it unless I have a replacement first. I tried to say I didn’t want the product. They sent me a replacement, but before they sent this they took $198 out of my account. I was then told in order for me to receive my money back, I have to reject the replacement from the courier. I did this. 15 days later, they still won’t refund my money, and are saying it’s not in there warehouse, even though they see on there system I have rejected the vacuum by the courier as directed by them.
They really need to be shut down.

I was mislead on total price on product…

I was mislead on total price on product and payment options. They would not cancel my order until I tried the product just so they could keep my payment of delivery, not even before the 24 hours I made the order.
Will not purchase anything from this company ever again

Never buy from advertising on TV, Big Fat Lay that is going to cost you $14.95 just for delivery. I bought treadmill, they charged me 114.98, when it came to returning, I got back 14.98 just for making the order Lost $100. I was told this is going to be included in the price and I will not have to pay for returning if I change my mined. When they send me bill it was on top of the price 114.98, that's why I returned. I don't trust people who lay to me, I just didn't accept the delivery and send it back, because I didn't believe, if I don't like after using it, I will not have to pay for sending it back 20kg.They advertised on TV that ia going to cost you only delivery 14.95
