Complete rip off

TV shop appears to me to be a total scam. You contact them for a price and they cannot give it to you but take your number and then have people annoy you for weeks trying to get you to buy it.

I purchased the 'does it all drill bits' - what a heap of rubbish they were - melted when trying to drill through steel, hopeless on wood, OK on concrete/cement, useless on hard stone. No hope of getting any satisfaction from TV shop when complaining.

I have checked their prices against similar items many times and often look at their reviews. They do not have very many happy customers. Prices are way over the top and from reviews getting your money back is nigh on impossible.

I now have blocked there number but still ring occasionally just to inconvenience them like they did me. Encourage other dissatisfied customers to do the same.

Time our leaders stepped in and did something about these types of misleading ads.

Faulty itread bad customer support

Brought a itread worked for 3 months crapped out now they keep telling me they aren't getting my emails with the video requested so I refuse to pay the balance owing on the piece of junk until they repair it or replace it yet they keep hounding me for money offering to knock 40% off but still don't get customer care on the case to sort it out definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with the TV shop as they like to talk around in circles and not act on the problem. 😤

My husband (for whatever reason)…

My husband (for whatever reason) trailled the flex fitness machine. We needed a special room to house this which we don't have plus the total cost was outrageous. Not as outrageous as my stupid husband for taking the deal. According to him it was a months trail which is up and we need to return the goods. Unfortunately, you can't do this without speaking with the consultant who encouraged you to try the deal as they don't take cancelations.
Anyone who has an ounce of common senses do not be conned by the TV shop to take out deals for a trial period - you end up with being totally angry because you get the run around - your fault as the purchaser.
We are still waiting for the consultant to call so we can have the correct information to return the goods which you have to pay for. My husband was to blame for listerning to the sales pitch so no one else to blame but himself. Let the buyer beware.

I phoned to order heaters. Staff told me they Will call me back.i replied no thanks I'm off to work.we will call this afternoon or after 5 he said. I kept replying I do not want a call back..can't answer my phone at work!! . I insisted I will phone when I can place my order he still kept pushing saying what about tomorrow morning. I terminated the call he kept talking over me and was not listening!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE When you call them the first thing they want is your name and contact details so they are in control and they can call YOU! They will not be up front and tell you how much the product you are calling about will cost you, you cannot return items to the depot yourself they insist you post or courier them!! often not practical and expensive. They called me back after 10pm at night on one occasion then still would not be up front on prices, eventually they said a cost .... way over the top I said no way and they offered me cheaper 2nd hand returned rubbish! DODGY PEOPLE

Don't buy from these jokers.

Ordered an adjustable bed I saw on the TV. Bambillo king-sized. Then I realised that it's cheaper to buy it locally, and they have all the same functions for less than half the price! I cancelled my order by phone within two days of ordering and was assured that my refund would go through within 10 days. I called today, and it hasn't even been cancelled and is in transition!. I tore them a new A-hole on the phone and tried to sort it out. I have asked them to get an account manager to call me back and guarantee my refund, and by email.

Sunshine blade Instant Heaters

I purchased three Sunshine blade Instant Heaters.
Two heaters have been in installed just over a year, but used for about 4 months. One was outside under an awning and the other I used inside in my bedroom. I recently went to use them due to cooler weather. Firstly, I found that the remotes were not working any longer so I purchased new batteries CR2025 for each remote and both remotes would still not work. I then tried to use the manual button on each heater, one heater would not allow me to use any level of heating and the other would stay locked into L4 heating.
When I contacted the TV support team to advise them of the faults they informed me that the heaters were out of warranty and I would need to take them both to my local repair shop. However, I could buy replacement remotes from them. (as if I would)? Unbelievable given that I had only a few months of use from these heaters. I was initially happy with the purchases. But, given their short term lives this makes these heaters the most expensive on the market if you only get a few months use. Very poor and disappointing experience dealing with this company that obviously do not stand buy their products.

I bought an exercise bike to TV Shop and it was delivery to wrong address, I requested to bring it to my address and the courier said another date. I complained to call center and operator pass me to New Zealand head office and there the manager treated me very badly and he didn't take any responsibility of it, at last I didn't get the product and not the refund for the money I'd already paid. To take them to Fairtrading is not posible because the head office is located in New Zealand. Any problem that can happens you're
totally expose to loose all your australian consumer rights.
This happens to me. I don't buy anymore any product online that the bussiness head office is not in Australia.

So far I have to say I’m not very fond of them so far. I purchased 2 TV’s from them. I had to do 2 different transactions because the site was trying to charge $900 for the TV’s. Posted price was $99 for each. I received a transaction number etc. However when I attempt to go to the site to see the status it says site is closed. I’m going to give it week and if I don’t hear anything will contact my bank and have the reverse the charges. UGH!!! Should have known it was a scam. DAMN!!
