PERSONALISED ETCHED CERAMIC CHRISTMAS BAUBLE
I ordered a bauble from this company and it arrived different to what was advertised on the images. The engraving had a dark text, but on the photos it’s the natural colouring of the bauble. In addition, the engraving was also smaller than pictured. The bauble was still lovely, but not what I was expecting and not as nice as the photos show. I was disappointed - especially as it was expensive.
I reached out to the company to express my concerns and they advised that the colour of the engraving can vary, but it didn’t state this online. They also advised that the text needed to be shrunk down, but there was only 4 letters on the front, so I can’t see the need for this.
It was too close to Christmas to ask for a refund or replacement, so I accepted I was disappointed with it and gifted it.

I was so impressed with the service…
I was so impressed with the service shown by Twenty-Seven.co.uk. My parcel arrived promptly and in good condition. It was also beautifully packaged, so much so that I did not undo it to see what I had bought for my great grandson. I will have to wait until his first birthday to see the little train set.
