Poor customer service & poor quality. Ordered a custom tree topper with 3 letters and the last letter was crooked. Was not reached out to that the font would not work for 3 letters. The advertised pictures show several different fonts being used. I paid $74 for something I can not use. I was told I could get another one for a 20% discount. The seller should know what font to use and reach out to the customer to let them know not just send something that looks awful. Beware of this seller that they will not replace an item that they made knowing it looks bad and not like what they advertise. I was also told that is the way the font looks and basically to bad. Very upset that a seller would respond in this way for such a expensive item that is very cheaply made.

I ordered a key ring from them and I made a mistake when I contacted them they were happy to amend it, and it arrived very quick.

This is such a special gift and I can’t wait to see my auntie’s face. The love heart chopping board is well made and with my Grannie’s recipe has made it more specia. Beautiful product and the delivery was quick.

I bought a really lovely product, the little letters wooden train, for a christening present. It’s perfect and the customer service was second to none with speedy delivery.

My mum wanted a special gift for her 1st Great Grandson. We were delighted to find a personalised train with track. The wording was beyond the standard scope so I contacted the company. The service in dealing with my enquiry was quick, friendly and very helpful. The company agreed to make a bespoke wording for me. From start to delivery was only a few days. My mum was able to give "Jack" a gift he will treasure with his name and a special message from his great granny. I purchased a lovely engraved wooden bookmarker which arrived on time but was broken into 2 pieces. The wood used is far too thin and the packaging not sufficienty robust. A disappointing gift and waste of £30.
