Emma was amazing! My gifts required personalising which you are not able to do via the website. A quick phone call to Emma followed by some emails and we were all sorted. Gifts were finished and delivered within a few days. They look fabulous and very classy. Delighted with the final product

Do not purchase the family tree
Purchased a family tree for just under £40. Gift arrived but looked so cheap and damaged that I was embarrassed to give as a gift. Company advised me that it was the look of the wood but everybody I showed it to felt the same as me that it was poorly made and cheap. I obviously chose wrong as other product reviews are positive. However, I felt I should’ve been offered some kind of refund and unfortunately won’t be purchasing any of their products again
