I think Twenty-Seven stands out for their attention to detail and quality! From looking at the product I received, it is clear they aren't 'yet another' personalised gift company.

The chopping board is good quality and looks expensive. The personalisation is genuinely personal - on account that it's a loved ones hand writing. What I think is most impressive is that Emma and the team took the time to answer my calls, ship a product so quickly before Christmas and take such a poor image and produce such clean text!

I wasn't sure how to send my hand written recipe to be printed on their chopping boards soni contacted them and received a reply straight away from Emma who was very helpful. Ordered 4 handwritten chopping boards and was really pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the goods. Really good service and will definitely order again from them.

A wonderful company. I ordered RIGHT before the Christmas cut off time and actually called their office to ask if it was OK. I was met by a very friendly member of the team who checked for me and said yes, here’s what to do in order to get it in time! They personalised the key ring with the drawing I emailed, even emailed me back acknowledging receipt of the drawing. The key ring is so worth the money, it feels / looks expensive and it’s such a sentimental thing to have. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks so much!! My mum sobbed when she got her Christmas gift which was a drawing my late stepdad had done :) thank you! I will be ordering again!!

Very misleading details re glass Christmas baubles. I thought I was ordering a bauble that included personalised tags. Instead, the tags alone arrived, no bauble.

The listing should put 'Additional tags' first in the item description and then 'glass bauble'. The way it is advertised is really misleading.

Seller also needs to emphasise - as do other vendors - that buyer is getting the tag only.

£10 for a very small, engraved tag is too expensive.

Very disappointed indeed that recipients now have one less gift from me. To buy each couple a bauble too is way too costly.

It's also a challenge to find any email address for this seller.

Ordered 2 personalised tree decorations-dinosaur and polar bear. True to images on website. Make a delightful addition to our tree, good turn around time from order to delivery. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent customer service. I received the gift for my partner's birthday extremely quickly. I asked if the order could be sent within 5 days in order to arrive for his birthday and I received it within 48 hours. I'm really pleased with the board and I'm sure he will be too.

Great service, quick delivery and response to emails.

I ordered one of the personalised boards and when I received it, some of the writing was quite faint. I emailed Emma and she immediately came back to me and within a week, I had a replacement board which is perfect and going to make a wonderful present. Fabulous customer service, thank you.

Absolutely beautiful, perfect gift

I received the paddle board I ordered with a personalised handwritten recipe printed on it and couldn’t have been happier with it.
