Ordered a personalised train set for a friends new baby.
I made a spelling mistake with the child's name on the order. On contacting Twenty-seven they quickly located my order and altered the name for me prior to sending the product.
The set arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged and presented.
Would highly recommend this company what a fantastic customer service.

Twenty Seven went the extra mile for me even during their busy Christmas period. Unfortunately through no fault of their own, my parcel was lost with DPD. Emma quickly responded and resolved the problem by sending another personalised item which got to me before Christmas. Their customer service is outstanding and the product is beautiful. Avoid this company unless you like disappointment and giving your money away only to receive poor quality items.
I Ordered 2 dog Christmas tree decorations via NOTHS. There is a small print warning on the sellers page that you should expect imperfections with this item..... Well I certainly got that!
I ordered 1 large breed (greyhound) and 1 small breed (Jack Russell). I received 2 badly burnt and miss-sized items. The greyhound is tiny compared to the Jack Russell, it is more like a whippet. The Jack Russell is huge in comparison with a massive head and long legs.
The item advertised on the company page has eye and ear detailing. Neither items had any detailing. Even if they did, you'd be hard pressed to see it through the discolouration and burn marks.
After contacting the seller, Emma refused a refund as apparently "the items were fine and I should expect imperfections as per the small print". What I didn't expect to receive were 2 burnt pieces of ply wood, with barely readable names, such ridiculous size disparages between the 2 items and non recognisable breed features, particularly the Jack Russell item. It looks like a bull breed from the size of the head. The quality of workmanship is so poor they are going in the bin. I would be embarrassed to gift such a thing and I'm shocked the seller thought the quality of the items were good!
The ONLY positive was the item turned up on time, I wish it had got lost!
I've raised a complaint with Not On The High Street directly and will do so with PayPal if their response isn't satisfactory.

Ordered from another company on Etsy, CreatedbyJGifts. Amazing service and product! And cheaper than the rubbish I received from Twenty-Seven.
After hearing about my experience with Twenty-Seven, they went above and beyond to ensure I received my gift in time for Christmas. Please order from them instead, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a Senger bear for my expected grandchild. It was easy find the bear on the website and to place the order. It has now been delivered. I have not seen the actual bear because it was a gift delivered to my son's address. It does look a very sweet little bear!

Got told 2-3workingvdays for delivery it's been 5working days and no movement with delivery as the app you told me to download can't find a tracking number

I thought the Personalised Metallic Family Star Wall Plague was too small to be placed at the front door (that was my initial intention), I've found another place for it within the house :)
