Beautiful personalised bauble
We wanted to purchase a very close friend and her daughters something special as they have just lost their husband - dad to Cancer at the age of 54….. this way he will always be with them at Christmas…. They all absolutely loved it.

Lovely products and excellent service
Very pleased. I ordered 3 Christmas decorations for my children and had an extra request regarding the personalisation. Emma couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately when they arrived the personalisation wasn’t quite right but after messaging Emma she resolved instantly, apologising and sending out replacements which arrived a few days later. The products are just lovely and even though they didn’t get it quite right the first time, they were a pleasure to deal with and sorted everything out for me like a good company should. Would definitely recommend 😊

The baubles look better on website than in the flesh
The baubles I bought look far better quality on the website, they arrived looking cheap and one actually has a name missing of one of the children in the family so can't be gifted - very disappointed

Great service! The item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock however I was given the option to wait for stock (only a week away) or swap my order for something similar. The communication was fantastic and to be given the above options is rare- most places would just delay the order! But Emma contacted straight away. Really grateful for the faultless customer service! Thank you ☺️
