Repair your headphones was excellent. The website is rather clunky though. Should be made slicker. I almost overlooked the email where I needed to send payment first before they'd do repair then... See more

We work hard to provide high-quality repairs and excellent customer support. While we aim to satisfy every customer, expectations should be realistic—we are not the manufacturer, and repair limitations such as part availability or lead times are beyond our control. Negative reviews often come from misunderstandings or not reading the information provided on our website or in emails. We encourage potential customers to consider both positive and negative reviews, as well as our responses, to get a fair picture of our service. If you genuinely need a repair and understand that we are here to help—not as a charity but as a professional service—you’ll find the process straightforward. If in doubt, always check our FAQ for clarity before proceeding.

A brilliant company to work with. I tried many companies in and around Glasgow to repair my Bose Wave Music System None could help. I emailed Electronic Partners and very quickly received a very reasonable quote for my repair. Within a day my system was on its way to Telford. I just had to take my system to a local shop for pick up. Within days I received notice that my system was repaired and the final bill was almost exactly their initial quote. After payment my system was delivered back to my address I am delighted to have my system working again. I have already recommended Electronic Partners to a friend
Terrible service - hifi returned in worse condition than it was sent - do not use this company. I think they take your money and do nothing.

Feedback on Recent Repair – AVi ADM 9.1 Active Speakers
I recently used Electronic Partners for the repair of my AVi ADM 9.1 active speakers and wanted to share feedback based on the full process.
The items were sent on 6th April 2025 and received by you on the 8th, with a detailed accessories list enclosed. On 15th April, I received confirmation that diagnostics were in progress. A repair quote was issued on 28th April, followed by an updated quote on 29th April for additional work I requested, which I accepted.
On 30th May, a further issue was discovered, and a new quote was provided for a replacement part. After some discussion and consideration — given the increased cost — I accepted the revised quote and authorised the repair. The repaired items were returned to me on 11th June.
Overall, I am generally satisfied with the service. The eventual repair was completed to a good standard, and I particularly appreciated your effort in sourcing a compatible replacement part.
That said, there were periods of silence during the process that I found frustrating and concerning. I often had to chase for updates, and long stretches of apparent inactivity were attributed to workload. More regular communication — even brief status updates — would have significantly improved my experience.
Thank you again for completing the repair successfully, and for your professionalism in handling the more complex aspects of the job.
Top rated from start to finish, headphones back to their best and a quick turnaround.
Another first class repair of our Google Chromebook. Despite problems obtaining an old art, the repair was executed perfectly and we back up and running. Electronic Partners is now our 'go-to' for all electronic repairs. Highly recommended.
Sent off a Bose Wave for repair. Slight rattling issue. The unit played all discs including long mp3 recordings, except a couple of commercial discs. A new motor was diagnosed and fitted. Item received back promptly. On testing the unit played all discs but was slow to read discs and the unit struggled to skip tracks via controller. Not an issue before repair. On the 3rd use, the inserted disc rattled round like a spanner in a tub and was spewed out with a read out of non playable disc. Now no discs play at all. I considered return under warranty but decided that my working unit was now dead and purchased a used one which works great, for less than the repair cost.
Will not be using this company again.
If anyone from EP wants to dispute this, you have my number and money.
UPDATE:
After the response from EP I informed them, via their own system, that I had read the warranty T&Cs which clearly imply that 'they will check the item and then deem the new fault is nothing to do with their repair. This then incurs an inspection fee and postage for you' (see other reviews where this has happened) Having sent a Bose Wave for a minor repair and it being sent back with more major faults, I have zero confidence in this company to return the item again. I suggested that if they were confident that they could put the item back to a working status, to inform me and I would send the equipment which is packed and labelled ready. After a week, they have not responded. This confirms their warranty is worthless and their ability limited. I made the mistake of sending them my audio device, they could at least admit they failed with repair and refund a pensioner.

Quick repair to my mavic drone.
Costs as initially advised.
The only down side was a bit unusual way to pay, but it worked out in the end, so no complaints.
Don’t use this company!!! It took 5 weeks from them receiving the item to having it delivered back. More importantly, it still wasn’t repaired. I’m £80 worse off and still don’t have a working part. I kept getting fobbed off after making several phone calls, and they never rang me back once, appalling customer service. I wish I had ordered a brand new part from the outset, needless to say I won’t be using them again.
Over all very well done but the speed could improve how long it takes to repair
Overall amazing
Responsive both in updates and on telephone.
I’ve used these before and was very impressed, so I used them again and paid for the priority service and my device came back in record time. However it was not fixed, so went to the trouble of raising a case for a warranty repair, packaged the item up and sent it back. Then receive an email stating there was nothing wrong with it and asking for more money to get it back as it was a “rejected warranty claim”
Obviously I’ve too much time on my hands if I’m sending a device, that is working perfectly and just spent over £100 to fix, back for a repair!!! 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Easy to organise repair, free post and return service. Kept informed of each step in the process. Drone fixed. Seems a little expensive although I have little knowledge of such repairs so no comparison. Certainly a lot cheaper than a replacement drone!
Good efficient service. Good communication. App was very helpful. Highly recommend.
Good communication and good service; while repairing my speakers was not possible, they did a great diagnostic job and kept me informed at all stages. Recommended!
Excellent ongoing communications on the diagnosis and on progress of the repair
I sent my PCB for inspection and repair with a suspected dry joint and was in the understanding this would be done within a week let alone the 24 hrs you are claiming. It actually took over a month to have a capacitor and solder reflow done and this was also done with no guarantee it was fixed. Thankfully the £70 plus charge was not a waste as it does appear to be ok at the moment.

Replaced the covers on earpieces for our Beats headphones.
Good system that sends updates at each step of the process. Our Beats headphones are now fully usable (we were going to throw them away). Very pleased!
Excellent service, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, great communication, costs very reasonable quick turnaround. 5 Stars
Informed me the main board was broken in my B&O headphones. Refused to try and repair. A second opinion confirmed it was the Bluetooth switch that was broken and repaired.
I had to pay £7 postage to get my broken phones back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
Beats Headphones Repair! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After I called EP to explain the repair issue, they sent a an electronic repair order for me to complete. Including the repair, the whole process took less than 6-days. Super friendly customer service. Thank you so much! 😊
