Repair your headphones was excellent. The website is rather clunky though. Should be made slicker. I almost overlooked the email where I needed to send payment first before they'd do repair then... See more

We work hard to provide high-quality repairs and excellent customer support. While we aim to satisfy every customer, expectations should be realistic—we are not the manufacturer, and repair limitations such as part availability or lead times are beyond our control. Negative reviews often come from misunderstandings or not reading the information provided on our website or in emails. We encourage potential customers to consider both positive and negative reviews, as well as our responses, to get a fair picture of our service. If you genuinely need a repair and understand that we are here to help—not as a charity but as a professional service—you’ll find the process straightforward. If in doubt, always check our FAQ for clarity before proceeding.

Useless.
I only wanted them to solder a new connector onto my perfectly fine RC truck esc.
The said they would have to disassemble and diagnose the esc.
I've never heard such nonsense

Upon return my amplifier was serviced & looking brand new.
They did exactly what they said on their website - provided a rapid estimate of the cost of repair to my onkyo player; provided a postage label once accepted; kept us informed of progress; returned the repaired player within a week along with a brief diagnostic report and a three month guarantee. Really pleased with the service and would use them again without hesitation.
Lovely to have my 30 odd year old Pioneer audio system back and working , so pleased and a reasonable cost I felt .
It did take a bit longer than I thought it would but was worth it and incredibly easy to post the system using their label and having it picked up by Royal Mail .
I contacted them (having read other negative reviews and kept them in mind) to see if they would be willing to do a simple job; micro solder a fallen off mini USB port onto a fully working Bazzaz Z FI-TC motorcycle system.
Their BS, generic reply rambled about full diagnostics, checking if the 'PCB' was working, disassembly etc. (the unit photograph I provided clearly showed the PCB fully exposed and ready for them to solder, no extra work required.
They claimed that due to these factors they could not provide a quote until I sent it to them. Needless to say, I declined, I wasn't about to send them a $1,200 dollar system to be then held to ransom.
2 weeks later now, they have updated their website SEO wording to include 'Bazzaz Z FI-TC' when it wasn't there previously (I checked) thinking they will snare gullible idiots using Google.
HERE'S THE BEST BIT - They also claim to have 'Bazzaz experts' on their staff which made me burst out laughing because the company Bazzaz actually shut down in January 2021 and were based ONLY in California and NEVER trained anyone outside of their own 12 man race team who ALL still race and live in the USA!!!!
This company , I guarantee you, had NEVER heard of or had the faintest notion of what a Bazzaz Z FI-TC engine management unit was or did.
Updated 1st May in relation to ElectronicsPartners' latest attempt at gaslighting me.
Your attempt to erase the lies in your previous replies have failed, Mr L. I have them stored even though you think updating your reply here erases your previous one.
You say you want to clarify a couple of things for the sake of facts?
Ok you asked for it; here is the clarification for other readers and potential customers who may search for reviews of your 'company' before employing you, after all that IS what Trustpilot exists for, yes?
1) You claim to have Bazzaz 'experts' in your company.
The owners of the now ceased Bazzaz company, whom I still communicate with in international racing groups, have confirmed with me they have NEVER trained or mentored ANYONE outside of their organization in their unique system, therefore your 'experts' claim is completely fictitious, false and misleading anyone reading it on your website.
2) You previously claimed to only operate 'exclusively in the UK'(your exact wording)
But this is also untrue, isn't it?
You also have a .IE website (Republic Of Ireland) and a .US website (USA) both with national contact numbers for those countries, that use identical templates and coding to your .UK site. (Incidentally, your .UK website is out of date, still showing LAST YEAR'S copyright footer, AND your .US site lists drop off points in Ireland, so it appears attention to detail is low down on your abilities going by this example and other reviews of your attempts, which is a concern for a company involved in the 'precision' micro soldering of surface mounted components.)
In fact, ALL those websites are actually "Aftermarket Services Corp" registered in the UK as "001-27042021 LTD" which was formally dissolved in September 2022 following a compulsory strike off, which, in case anyone reading doesn't fully understand, means Companies House, the UK's only official company registry working with HMRC, forcibly dissolves a company from the register when it fails to meet its legal, statutory duties, such as failing to file annual accounts or confirmation statements.
So, it seems you set up a company, treat customers poorly, and then wind the business up when it can no longer sustain itself using shoddy and deceptive practices along with lurking T's and C's, which is directly reflected in the negative reviews here on Trustpilot.
I hope this is clarification-enough for you, and readers (or is it 'Lord' as appears in some of your other notorious companies' filed documents over in The Seychelles?) and should you require any further clarification, I am happy to tell other reviewers/potential customers of yours what I know and have experienced from you.
(Edited because the company owner didn't like being named and shamed.)
Ya'll have a great day there.

From start to finish EP kept me informed on the progress of the repairs on my CD system, I opted for the priority service which was well worth the extra cost, they only received my system on Tuesday 22nd April and was returned to me today 25th April by Royal Mail 24hr tracking service, I would highly recommend EP for any future repairs, top notch service !
I've used Electronic Partners several times now and (apart from one isolated problem) have always found them reliable, trustworthy and excellent value.
On this occasion, I presented them with a Mission Sub-Woofer that had failed after 15 years use in my Cinema Room.
A rather unusual and specialist item, but they still came up trumps and repaired it for a reasonable sum.
As they say in their advertising: We fix anything!
The team at Electronic Partners handled the job very well. I had a pair of Sony Headphones that the leather had started to peel all over (they were over 5 years old, but beyond that, nothing was wrong with them). The official Sony repair centre wouldn't do anything with them so Electronic Partners were my next call (who had done some work for me before).
They provided a quote for the job and I sent it off. The job was completed relatively quickly and on its return, it was as good as new and overall it was far cheaper to do this than buying it brand new too. All in all a great service and I will consider using Electronic Partners again in the future. Thanks!
A very clear and straight-forward process to follow and excellent regular email updates about progress right through to return of the repaired item.
I recently sent you a drone for repair. From start to finish your service is amazing .You kept me informed every step of the way.
No faffing around just straight simple instructions,to get the job done. I will definitely use your services again .
Thankyou
What makes Electronic Partners stand out is not only the repair itself, but the care they take to communicate progress at all stages and to outline upcoming costs clearly, seeking authorisation at each step of the investigation.
The posting and return process is very easy; it's just great to have our 1993-built Kenwood KA-5050R powered up and running perfectly again!
Great communication, very quick diagnosis and repair. An excellent all round service.
Our high-end CD player was broken. These guys fixed it and now it's working perfectly. Very happy with the results, would highly recommend.
Just the best. Superb and professional service from initial approach, providing a postage label, estimate, repair and fast return. Very cost-effective.
I feel able to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable repair to anything in their range.
From one VERY happy customer
Excellent service, fantastic communication, I personally visited the repair centre in Telford and staff were found to be polite and friendly. The team Fixed my Dac on my nad amplifier although parts took a while to arrive but there is an online portal service that makes it easy to communicate to explain the issues.
This outfit in my opinion offers a professional service at a reasonable price .I believe a decent service comes with a price, like with any trade if you pay peanuts expect monkeys. No monkeys to be found at this company. I will use this company again.
Electronic partners were very helpful when I made my initial enquiry on the telephone. They kept me informed about the progress of my repair and my turntable came back as good as new
Fantastic service and reasonable pricing. Sent 2 old Bose units in for repair and the communications were excellent and products returned working. Will definitely use them again.
Their free quote was completely off and laughable, honestly. I put in a query regarding replacing the left analog sticks of two PS5 controllers. This was explained very clearly as simply replacing the sticks to fix controller drift. The price they quoted me for this was £119. Which is more than what buying 2 new controllers costs. Also, this can't be chalked up to the cost of new parts. New analog sticks cost about £3. I know this because I've bought the parts, but they need to be replaced using a soldering iron, which I don't have.
Not sure who's reviewing these quotes, but maybe you should re-examine your process if you want to be taken seriously.
