UK Property Sellers Reviews 

I recently purchased a property at auction and have no affiliation with UK Property Sellers. However, they continue to list the property as available for sale, which has caused me significant frustration. I am receiving numerous sales inquiries despite being the rightful owner and the property not being on the market. I have contacted them multiple times requesting the listing to be removed, but no action has been taken. This behaviour is highly misleading and unacceptable, as they are advertising a property they do not have the right to sell.

We didn't end up selling our house as our circumstances changed but nontheless the team were supportive and didn't pressure us at all to proceed. Thanks to Luke especially.

My fixed mortgage came to an end and i couldn't afford to have a sale dragging out, i explained this to uk property sellers and they helped find a buyer in a timely manner. The solicitor process took longer than i expected but i guess that was down to my solicitor.

The team really helped me sell my flat which had a short lease to a cash buyer who completed without me having to extend the lease.

Can’t believe how anyone can give this company a rating more than 3 stars? Honestly, this is the worse company I’ve dealt with in terms of property sales. First they put an advert on Google using words like quick sale and “your property will be sold within 14 working days. Fast forward a few days into the contract and you get an Estate Agent shouting at you over the phone. Not forgetting the advert they put with a whole host of mistakes, mentioning there is a bath in the house where there isn’t. Then there is the bit about them not updating you about viewings until you call to find out. Our property was completely redecorated within the last 18 months with new everything, kitchen, shower, downstairs cloakroom, carpet, extension, new radiators etc only to be told by an estate agent who hasn’t been to the building that “your property isn’t top notch it needs a complete refurbishment I’ll give it 7/10” such painful and disheartening comments by an estate agent who has never met you or been to your home. Unbelievable service. Honestly the experience has shown me that you need a REAL Estate Agent not ones that come across as dodgy and qualify it with their behaviour. UK Property Sellers? Please stay away especially away. Or proceed to sell with UKPS at your own peril….NEVER AGAIN…it’s interesting that an Estate Agent threatens a customer because they write a poor review about them which is factual. The request for their name to be removed but my name is made public.

I was surprised by how quick one can buy a property, just as they did with mine. I did not think it was possible especially after such a tough market. They are geniune cash buyers which is impressive!
