Sold my property in London 2 weeks after the tenants moved out. Very speedy process

They found us a buyer at slightly more than the asking price.
They handled the post sales matters with the solicitors and were reasonably quick to reply to any enquiries.

I would use them again.

Put in 10+ phone calls over 3 days to try and book a viewing on a property. Could never get through to the sales team - only reception - in the end tracked down the owner of the property independently and they advised should have been removed from sale weeks previous. Terrible service.

We booked a viewing after at least 5 calls repeatedly telling me they would call me back. Then finally booked a viewing, a couple of hours later They sent a TEXT and told me i couldn’t view because of covid-19 and then a day later the house was sold? Avoid wasting your time!!!

Keep away from them..

First of all I was told they will sell my property for over 220k and il pay them 1.5% fee and I said that’s fine but anything less than 220k goes down to 1% as per my current agreement with Townends (a flat 1%)

Long story short they sold my property for 205k which I agreed but still tried charging the 1.5% and after arguing this got reduced to 1.25% still not the 1% I agreed with the initial salesman on the phone.

BEWARE OF THE INITIAL SALES PITCH AS THEY LIE TO LURE YOU IN

I had an honest experience dealing with Kevin. Friendly, professional and approachable when I needed clarification on the stages of selling my house. He was more than happy to walk me through the processes and any changes due to the current climate of Covid. Easy to get a hold of by email and phone and responded promptly. I know someone's experience when dealing with service's can be hit or miss but this was definitely a positive. I was happy to be reassured and was never felt to be made like I was asking silly or repetitive questions. Thank you Kevin once again for your help and keeping my updated throughout.

Disappointing to say the least. No revert or emails of enquiry. If this how stage 1 of home buying looks, I can see how bad the sale process with such a agent will end

Kevin told me he would sell my house, and he did - no fuss, no bother he just got on with it.

I would highly recommend if you want credible buyers walking through your door who are ready to agree a sale and move forward quickly. I have sold many houses before and UK Property Sellers definitely were the most proactive and lined up a buyer that completed in 4 weeks

Sahil arranged all viewing promtly and kept us updated throughout the whole solicitor process as well. Would highly recommend if you want a quick sale without hassle.

Great customer service, the staff were always available to speak to and update us even in the evenings and over the weekend which was really helpful.

We found a buyer after one weekend of viewings! We accepted an offer and completed 5 weeks after the sale was agreed which meant we could meet the stamp duty deadline on our next house.
