Still waiting almost a year on for my…

Still waiting almost a year on for my refund. My trainers (which were delivered late) were returned from the local depot to Unequaled because I had not picked them up after one week (I was on holiday, so couldn’t) and since then I have still not received a refund.
I have tried to get in contact multiple times with on/off unhelpful responses.
I am left with no trainers and down £225. Absolutely appalling.

Saw this shop on a Tiktok live

Saw this shop on a Tiktok live, after a few weeks of looking at the huge range they stock ordered a pair of the panda dunks. Messaged their Instagram a few times to get some help with sizing and always got a response which is great knowing they’re a small business

Packaging was great - shoes are absolutely perfect.

Will definitely be ordering again from them.

Order trainers my fault put wrong email messaged corrected the email said I had no confirmation was told will be sent nothing then was told be shipping out the following week no email with the tracking so clearly hasn’t been sent , messaged again was told will give you an update by end of day or following day still nothing!! Messaged again was told the same as everyone else by looks of it of oh we are a small business and been overwhelmed with orders they will set mine as priority with regular updates and discount code if wanted to use them again DEFIANTLY NOT! days go past nothing! Even after the bank holiday said if I don’t receive them by Friday I would like a refund as now had been waiting a long time or would cancel from my end as this is clearly some sort of scam and shouldn’t have the contracts with the company’s it does because they don’t send the item! Then surprising was told oh we sent an email last night obviously never because nothing yet again told them they said would resend said I had updated email still nothing so in the end I don’t even want the trainers I now want a refund we’ll they couldn’t send the cancellation email quick enough!! Was told lost in transit which is just another one of there excuses as wasn’t even on there way as no email if you ever want your trainers avoid this company go with someone more reliable as I had to do! Poor customer service from Amy and Jack constant excuses! READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! People have had the same issues!!

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! I Ordered a pair of trainers, didn’t hear nothing within 5 days, emailed them they replied back saying delivery within 7-10 days. It went to the 10days to still no sign of delivery, so I messaged them saying any update on my delivery, they told me it’s a small business & they have had lts of orders, I then ask for a refund they then said it’s to late for a refund as it’s really for delivery then I then thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt 3 days passed again & still nothing I told them I would like a refund to be processed as I don’t want the goods no more I want my money back 5 days later I then reported it as still no sign of the item being processed & my email still had no reply, 2 days later I received a email as the refund processed one month of waste of my time! Awful company avoid at all costs!! Scammers!!!

Avoid at all costs

Experienced an issue with an order. From start to finish the experience with Unequaled was a shambles. Shocking communication and overall experience. 48 hours for a response then no follow up resulting in chasing several times, again to no avail.

Terrible customer service. I ended up going to another more reliable supplier and paying more just to get a decent and reliable service. These guys are cowboys - avoid at all possible costs.

Later than anticipated but not company’s fault

I ordered some Jordan 4s for my daughter. Despite a longer than expected delivery time. I can’t complain their customer service on Instagram and via email messages were always replied too. Taking into consideration Black Fridays and Royal Mail strikes the delivery has been made today. I ordered Jordan 1s from unequaled last December for Christmas without postage delays they came within 3 working days. Thanks for keeping me upto date with my order. My daughter is over the moon with her trainers. Company has been helpful and the trainers are original and if good quality.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! placed an order with EXPRESS DELIVERY for a present that didn’t arrive after chasing their excuse after excuse customer service to be told 10 working days is their express delivery?????? Never received opened a case for chargeback with bank and refunded in full. I requested many times to cancel but they were not prepared to help in any way. Claims of FAKE items being sent on previous reviews so I’m glad I never received the item FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS BEING LEFT BY THIS COMPANY DONT BE FOOLED! I’m sure they will reply under this review with more excuses and lies like they have previously lol

Apologies about the delay with your order. Delay was due to Royal Mail Strike actions causing mass delays in their network. We currently have our delivery time set at up-to 10 working days for this reason as advertised on our website. As explained, your order was cancelled and refunded as per your request. We then requested our courier to return the goods to us before you received the order.
All our items are 100% authentic. We have contracts with Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy. We accept returns and exchanges on all orders.

Please don’t deal with this company

The complete wrong item was delivered today. The company state it was an error at their warehouse but will not send the correct trainers until I send the wrongs ones back at my own expense. An absolute joke. I have paid £450 for a pair of trainers worth less than £100.
UPDATE 17/11/22 I have returned the incorrect item having at last been provided with a pre-paid postage label. The company have acknowledged their return at their warehouse but surprise surprise no response regarding the dispatch of the correct items, and a request for me to remove my review from this forum from Jack!!! Saying it would be damaging for the company. I think their own service/ product (or lack of) is the damaging part.
UPDATE 08/12 the correct item was then sent to us, and appear as described. I still would NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY AGAIN it is not worth the stress or hassle and have again been asked to take down this review by Jack.

We hold our hands up here and recognise this mistake is not good enough. Unfortunately one of our new warehouse staff has accidentally mixed two labels up and i cant apologise enough for this. This is something that has not happened before, and we have put the correct measures in place to ensure it does not happen again.

I have emailed you and asked if you would like our courier to collect the item from you and what time works best if needed. I will also send you a pre paid return label.
Once we receive the return which should be Monday, we will have the correct pair sent out to you the same day for next day delivery.

I have also sent you a discount code via email, if you wish to give us another chance.
Again we are very sorry about this, its a mistake and we hold ourselves to a better standard. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Amazing customer service!

I had been looking for the Nike Dunk Disruptors in this colour way for a while but the cost at unequaled was cheaper than other places. Really quick delivery and I love them!

This company Is disgraceful

This company Is disgraceful , took over a month to arrive, when they did the sizes arnt right , look like fakes to me. Sent them back and I've been accused of sending an empty box. So in other words I've got no money back and nothing to show for it 😡 and I didn't threaten anything, I said I was going to leave a bad review with the way I've been treated, my daughter wanted a pair so that order did arrive correctly, I havnt disputed that so stop trying to add to the order that went so disgracefully wrong!

We apologise about the delay with your first order, we sent you multiple emails apologising about this and keeping you updated. We experienced a large influx of orders for the product you ordered which created a delay in dispatch.
You have also since ordered from us a second time, which was delivered to you within 5 working days, which is hard to believe you had worries about our first deliveries legitimacy but still chose to order a second time.

We have sent you proof via email of the item weighing incorrectly when you returned them to us. As shown on the royal mail label on the parcel, we have a pair with the shoes in which we compared it to. The box you returned the shoes in shows no evidence of being tampered with.

Furthermore we have asked you to create a case with royal mail about this but you haven't done this and have ignored our support staff regarding this. Once the case has been made and royal mail comes to a conclusion we can help you further. Again we ask you to please create a case with royal mail regarding this.

You have been messaging our support team threatening to leave a bad review if we don’t refund you. We are a small business with limited resources and employees to pay during these hard times, we will not be refunding you unless you return the box with the shoes.

I ordered the air max 95 beetroot on Friday 29th but had to change the delivery address as I'm working away. After emailing about it and receiving a swift response, the delivery address was changed with no qualms whatsoever and have received my order today
