Great trainers, fast delivery!

The shoes I bought are exactly how they look on the website and very fast delivery

Very reliable and shoes are through to size..

I ordered my daughter Nike Dunks for her birthday from unequaled. This was the only present she had asked for and had wanted this trainer for so long. I realised that I ordered them a day late in order for them to arrive in time for her birthday. I sent a message via Instagram and received a response back straight away advising that they would send a message to the warehouse but they could not promise they would arrive. The trainers arrived on my daughters birthday and her response was amazing. So thank you, unequaled for making my daughters day and for the great customer service. She already has her eye on another pair of trainers. I am looking forward to ordering from you again.

Placed an order on the 7th June, cancelled the order straight away without notifying me. I only realised when I went on to track the order. Contact number doesn’t work and get ignored on emails. And can wait up to 2 weeks for my money back through contacting my bank AVOID AVOID AVOID

All for small businesses but these are 100% fake trainers. Cheap, uncomfortable and awful. go to a main dealer. Avoid!

I ordered a pair of trainers for my holiday and the staff at unequalled pulled out all the stops to make sure I had them in time for me flying out.

Used this company twice before and had no complaints. However my recent experience with them has put me off using them again in the future. I ordered £400 trainers for my boyfriends birthday, a week went past and I still had no shipping notification. I then contacted them via email to ask for a delivery date, to which they responded and told me that the shoes are now out of stock so have issued a refund.
Had I not have reached out to them, who knows how long it would’ve taken them to tell me they’re out of stock…I now have no present to give my boyfriend on his birthday as anything else I do order won’t come on time.

Might I add that the shoes and size I ordered, have now shot up to £525, so no wonder they wanted to refund me and make me order again :/
I replied to their email 4 days ago and still haven’t received a response so will be the last time I use this company.

Asked about them being tracked as just wanted to know when they was going to arrive they came so quickly I highly recommend them they look so nice aswell very happy

Ordered just prior to Christmas, fully aware that I had likely left it too late for Christmas delivery, which I had. However I emailed and got a lovely prompt reply. Trainers have now been delivered and they are absolutely beautiful - a great company to deal with highly recommend!

I just received my trainers, and honestly I’m in love!!! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable, plus they look 10x better In person. I’ll definitely purchase more trainers from here.

It took awhile to arrive and did not revive an email when it was being dispatched but I am very happy with my order and it fits perfectly !

The service was great and the shoes arrived reasonably quick. They responded to my messages very quickly and kept me updated with the delivery. Highly recommend them.

the shoes are absolutely gorgeous, fast shipping, owners are really friendly and if you have any concerns they reply very fast! do recommend these sellers!!! will definitely be buying from them again and you can pay in 3 payments which is awesome!!
