DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago now and i am still yet to hear anything regarding them, after frequent attempts to get in contact i’ve decided to ask for a refund. won’t expect too much though as they can’t even respond to my previous emails, let alone any attempt to get my money back.

As per my previous review a month ago

As per my previous review a month ago, Jack still has NOT refunded my 16 year old daughter who in July, paid £170 for trainers she did not recieve. I provided proof that he was issued a refund from UPS, yet he still did not refund us. He does NOT reply to email correspondence, but is quick to respond to bad reviews!
Awful customer service, and now we will be seeking legal advice!
**Edit** Jack also gets his relatives to leave reviews to bump his rating up! Jack is called Jack McGarrigle (quick search on companys house provided all the info we need for legal action).

Awful

Awful. I ordered a pair of trainers and still haven’t received them 4 weeks later and they still haven’t emailed me to let me know they’ve been shipped. Wouldn’t trust these as feel like they’ve robbed me!!

AWFUL COMPANY. DONT USE!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers 2 months ago now. I didn’t really like them & personally they looked fake so wanted to return them. I then contacted the website via email as I saw the 7 day return policy. Firstly, the email I sent wasn’t responded to within the 7 days which I feel is a big scam! I then contacted the Instagram page and JACK told me to contact them via email again. I then received an email with an address to return the item to with no other information on who I should return them with. So again, I contacted them and still hadn’t received any information. I then took the parcel to my local courier and returned them through Hermes, the package then came back to my house & I told Hermes that this package needs to be returned so they did that. Since then I have received an email in regards to my multiple emails & I told them I had returned these through Hermes. They then said I cannot use hermes as a provider to return them through… this was never told to me. The customer service I hve received has been AWFUL. So now I’ve lost a LOT of money & had no correspondence on where my item is & what to do to get this resolved. I have contacted this company multiple times and even logged a complaint with my bank. I still haven’t gotten anywhere with this & am still waiting for some correspondence on what to do next, if anyone else has had the same issue please help me???

We require the tracking number to be sent to us once the return has been sent in order to identify your parcel. We have reached out to you and requested the tracking number from you. We responded to your message regarding returns within 24 hours.

Please let us know your return tracking number, therefore we can identify the parcel and that we have received it. We will then process the refund immediately.

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders. Once received the parcel with a returns slip included along with the tracking number sent to our email, all refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.

I’ve ordered through them twice m

I’ve ordered through them twice m, the first was great absolutely no complaints at all. The second time I ordered shoes for an old acquaintance of mine however I decided to return them, I emailed them for 5 days straight asking to info on how to return refund and refund policies. It took me 5 days to reach to them, I emailed and emailed and I even texted on Instagram and they were dragging it since they had a 7 days return policy baring in mind it hadn’t reached 7 days until day 5. It was only after I DM’d them on Instagram yet again but this time showing real frustration that they finally replied to my email. I finally returned the shoes and have emailed them as the tracking says delivered on how to the refund process happens I have not received a response and I even dm’d them on Instagram and still no response as they want to drag the whole 7 days issue even though they were intentionally not answering emails. Will update !

We did not email you back straight way regarding the return as you emailed the incorrect domain regarding returns therefore we did not receive your email. I had originally reached out to customer service following a short delay on my dispatch email. They came back to me quickly and really reassured me. I was initially worried as I've had negative experiences purchasing online before but am looking forward to my delivery arriving this week

Brilliant website, service

I saw them advertised scrolling through Instagram, I Ordered a pair of trainers off of their website and they came within a weeks time during a bank holiday weekend. Great website and customer service, will definitely come here again. Cheers

yet to hear anything from them

I placed an order on the 1st of May, I’ve sent several emails since as it should’ve been delivered by now, and have had no contact back at all. When I press track it says the order hasn’t even been processed yet and I’m getting really frustrated as they were for a birthday and I’m not sure they will even get here in time

LOVE

received the trainers ahead of schedule, and they were in pristine condition, almost as though no one had ever worn them or tried them on. looked custom made just for me. they were an unwanted gift, so have returned them, but would highly highly recommend this place, trainers are just amazing!
