What excellent service. Came to fix my door lock really quickly and made sure i knew what the problem was and what was needed to fix it and work done to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. Price as quoted .

Mark of Universal Locksmith arrived within 24 hours of my contacting him. He assessed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and friendly and I am very glad I used his business.

M was excellent as job turned out to be more difficult than a straight euro lock swap. He was not phased by me watching and chatting. The main factor for me was he worked on the problems until all the issues were resolved after fire rescue had to smash into a friend’s house.

I called universal locksmiths as my front door lock was playing up. I used them as keen to support local businesses. I got a prompt visit the same day and decided to upgrade my locks whilst the locksmith was there. The new locks are like getting into a new car for the first time and offer a better level of security. Great friendly service overall and pricing is transparent and reasonable. Will use again.

Mark came out the same day as our call for help. He spent a lot of time and resolved a very awkward and difficult lock problem at our home. He worked diligently and carefully and was respectful of our property at all times. He explained what he was doing all the way through the process and left the work area clean and tidy on completion. Overall he did an excellent job and at a very acceptable price.
