The Customer service throughout my experience with Vigaro was exceptional.
Each representative was helpful with great communication skills and follow up.

I'm having the same problem as Tara. I just want to CANCEL my free trial month NOW! I've tried everything they suggest. I go onto the account and click cancel. Then it says I have a business account and I need to cancel that first. I got onto the chat which gave me a link to the business account but after I'd clicked onto it I couldn't find anywhere to cancel it. So I went to continue the chat and it's disappeared! I'll be fuming if they start changing me. Does anyone know how I can cancel it? I've also sent an email to tell them to cancel it but no joy there either. They tell me as the account holder I am the only one who can cancel it!!! Talk about going round in circles. Any advice anyone?

If I could give zero, I would, They say you can cancel any time, You can’t, you can’t get out they take payments after six months of being dormant, I told them six months ago I wanted to leave as they don’t have a marketplace and it doesn’t work for me, Was Given the hard sell Well we’ll put it on pause and maybe in 6 to 12 months we will have marketplace. Will call you back to see where we’re at and you can decide then I really wanted to leave and had deleted everything until I got a payment Taken out of my bank, they are still doing the hard sale saying oh well will give you a free month as a goodwill. I don’t want a free month for something I don’t want to continue with because then again it will be. Oh yes we’ll take another payment in another month. I want to stop this account like I did six months ago they are crooks , The thing is, the platform itself would be great if they had a marketplace, And if this hadn’t happened, I probably would’ve gone back to them in the future once they were well known in This country, But now this has happened and they have shown their true colours. I would never ever touch them again with a barge pole. I am still in the process of trying to stop them and Cancel everything and get a refund and I am approaching trading standards this week. I’m so upset.
In reply to your reply, I did go and navigate to the cancellation section 6 months ago and there was no option to cancel myself. It directed me to call an associate. You couldn’t self cancel , you had to make a phone call

Very Bad Experience
I subscribed to this platform for one year, but not a single client came through it. I decided to cancel my subscription, but despite that, they continue to withdraw money from my account.
I’ve written more than three emails requesting cancellation and a refund, but I haven’t received any satisfactory response.
I strongly advise against working with this platform. Very bad experience, lack of professionalism, and nonexistent customer service.

I got zoom meeting with vagaro at 11.45 am and am waiting on my phone like a fool they never answered or sent an email to say cancel ,I paid for 2 months and they not even featuring me on the website .don't waste your money and time

For now I can say they have very good support team who understands needs and support.
I haven't had any bookings through through them yet as I'm a new merchant.
I am happy with their support, especially with Miriam. She's awesome.
Very understanding
