Absolutely couldn’t fault a single thing. From showing interest on the car, going in to view it. We had the lovely Mike deal with our interest. The staff were the selling point, a vehicle is a vehicle, it is mechanically sound or it isn't, the body work and interior are in good condition or they aren't, you can see this yourself and most people have made up their mind prior to the test drive, I know I had, the sales team made the experience so simple and easy to understand, all done and dusted with about the same amount of effort from me as doing my weekly shop. Big thank you to Big Dave who took care of me, it was like doing a deal with a mate but with a professional edge, no insincerity, just good old fashioned straight answers to simple questions, I don't want to exclude the rest of the them though because when I had to ring in prior to collection the other members of the team were also as happy to help when Big Dave was busy. Was looking at getting a van but once decovered I wasn’t able to afford it I rang back 6 days later to inform them. Had a phone call off the manager (nick marshall) who I would say is the rudest man I have ever spoke to, shouting down the phone and in the end put the phone down on me. Would advise no one to go to the dealership at Bolton

Brilliant experience from start to…
Brilliant experience from start to finish. They made sure that my car was immaculate for me to take home and when a few issues meant that I couldn’t get my car at the weekend when I was off, Mike dropped my car off at my partner’s work place and made sure that I had some insurance in place. Would recommend Ford Bolton, and particularly Mike, extremely highly.
