A very straightforward process from start to finish. Adil Haq the sales assistant was brilliant, no forceful selling, just a very genuine guy. Took me back to the train station when I came up to test drive and picked me up when I came to collect. Its a shame that other garages I visited didn't offer the customer service that Adil offered, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle and definitely recommend asking for Adil.

Came to look at car id found online and was great by Natalie. Normally I hate talking to salespeople as there Normally pushy and full a bull#*t however Natalie was fantastic wasn't pushy every question I asked she knew the correct answear but I feel if she didn't know it shed find out correct way. My first contact was with Laura at the Team Valley head office,she arranged my annual service at a very good price.She could not have been more professional,helpful and friendly,checking for any recalls,updates etc,many thanks Laura.
On arrival at Newcastle Ford,Amber and the lady sitting next to her at service reception greeted me,both were very professional,welcoming,friendly and informative.Service was completed as agreed while I waited,payment process was a breeze,everything conducted in a pleasant friendly manner.
