Ordering a new HRV
On entering Lincoln Honda showroom I am always impressed with the variety of vehicles on show. I am always made welcome by all employees of Honda and offered a welcome cup of coffee. This time I met a new salesperson ( Ben Bullock), finance manager Nishee and general manager Mark, all very helpful people.

From the moment we entered the showroom…
From the moment we entered the showroom we were looked after by Austin who immediately listened to our needs about looking at a newer car to accommodate our two dogs. Austin was knowledgeable, professional & friendly whilst keeping us up to date throughout the purchase of our new car. The handover of our new vehicle was carried out again professionally & friendly by Nish. All in all a very good experience with Honda Lincoln.

Excellent Service
Liana was very friendly and explained all of the features of the car. The test drive was as long as I wanted; we went a bit further so that I could get used to the car. All documentation was clearly explained, and no pressure to buy 'additional services'. Good communication throughout.

Buying a new Honda
I was impressed by the professional and informative way the staff answered all my questions. They were very patient when guiding me through the forms explaining everything clearly.
I loved the car especially the colour and handling. Nothing was too much trouble and I’m now delighted with my new car.

Helpful, friendly team
Helpful, friendly team willing to go that bit beyond to support my buying an automatic for the first time by delivering it. Paperwork something of a faff, but it will cover both of us if anything should go wrong in the future, so is reassuring (and beyond the control of their sales team anyway). And the car is great :-).

Everyone was very helpful and provided clear information about the various cars and options available. I also enjoyed going for a long test drive in the Jazz which I was interested in and which I decided to buy.
