Was treated fairly and looked after by the staff, didn't take long to come to a deal, I was happy with my part ex and drove away happy, a good experience all round, have used Vertu motors before and no doubt use them again in the future.

Super experience with Vertu Lincoln
I’ve been with Vertu Lincoln for many years and this is my fifth or sixth new car with them now. My sales man Richard is lovely and no hard selling technique used, just honest advice. Chris has been the main manager throughout my Honda journey with them and even the service team are all great. I wouldn’t trust going anywhere else. You become part of the Honda family with Vertu Lincoln.

Thanks to Austin, a great effort in making buying a car a real pleasure, he went the extra mile in ensuring I left completely happy with my new car. A mention too for Nish and Chris who made certain that I was kept up to date through the entire process, I can not recommend this dealership too highly.

AVOID VERTU, OR END UP PAYING OUT
Brought a kia stinger. Car had a rattle from day one. They had it for over 6 months for first year alone. Finance company got involved and they had to fix it but did not same rattle. They said its a second hand car ( 2 years old, full service 39k miles) so shut up and put up! Aboslute rubbish company from top bottom. Been lied to by so many of their staff. AVIOD THEM and by from Some one reputable.
