Buying a Honda from an actual Honda dealership has been a dream of mine for many years, and I still can't quite believe that I finally made that dream come true. I absolutely love my Honda Civic — it has everything I need, and I couldn't be happier with it. :)
A very special thank you to **Daniel**, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and supported us the most. From the moment we met, he was friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. He took the time to show me the car, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and he made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable. I honestly can't thank him enough.
A huge thank you also to **Zach** for sending me a personalised video of the car. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel personal from the very beginning.

Had a brilliant experience at Vertu Honda. The car looked great on the forecourt and we were left to explore it in our own time, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no hovering — just a relaxed atmosphere.
We were offered drinks, the test‑drive was spot on, and honestly the whole visit felt easy and enjoyable.
Huge shout‑out to Trudie, who was absolutely exemplary. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and clearly knows her stuff. Great attitude, great energy.
We’ll definitely be coming back to Vertu when it’s time for our next car.

Popped into the Plymouth store after impulsively seeing a car I loved online and was not disappointed!
Kevin was beyond helpful, kind and genuinely had my best interests at heart, with zero pushy sales tactics! Despite sadly not being able to part ex my previous Honda, it didn’t dampen the mood in the slightest.
I came away with a new car that I picked up a matter of hours later and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.
I have no doubt I’ll be back when it’s ready for my next car and hoping Kevin is still there to do it all again!
