From start to finish it was all explained clearly by the professional but friendly salesman. What for me was a slightly stressful time was made a lot easier by the approach and expertise of the salesman. Thoroughly recommended.

All personnel at this dealership helpful, friendly, genuine. At no time did I feel under pressure and the sales personnel bent over backwards to find the best solution for my needs and they succeeded. I had total confidence at every step of the way. The young salesman who accompanied me on the several test drives had immense patience in explaining the controls of what was a completely new system for me, ie automatic v the manual I had been used to for well over fifty years! I totally recommend this dealership in every way.

Having just had my car written off in a no fault accident and living in a rural location it was imperative that I replace it quickly. This is the first time I have ever bought a car online so I was a little apprehensive but to be honest Vertu made the whole experience so easy and stress free. I received a personalised video within a couple of hours, was guided through the whole process by a professional but very friendly salesman and had my car delivered to my door 3 days later. I can't fault the service I received from Vertu and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. By the way, the car is beautiful and I'm thrilled with it?

Our salesman Kevin made the whole process of buying a car enjoyable and stress free. He was very patient and did not push into any decisions. He simply laid out the options available and explained their implications. Unlike some other car dealers we visited, there was a notable absence of pressure to commit before we were ready.

Visited the Honda dealership in Plymouth and found the whole experience first class. No pressure to buy anything and the sales advisor very helpful & knowledgeable. After purchasing our car we were introduced to the whole sales team who were all very professional. Since getting the car we have received a follow up call to ensure all is ok. Would strongly recommend using this dealership.

With a history of issues with car dealers previously I did a lot of research into people's experiences with this dealership, I'm pleased to report that the positive perception I gained from that has been borne out with the right kind of service. There's nothing worse than being sold to by some creepy individual who's KPI's are more important than the customer, these guys are sincere, and understand that a customer is not just for sales day. We visited two of the Plymouth branches, settling on a purchase from the second we visited. Helpful, clear, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. I feel we are being cared for rather than sold to. I will be popping in for a coffee as they invited us to once we have some mileage in the car, to feed back our experiences of its use and help develop the relationship further, as I will be looking for another car soon and this will be where I'm going.

Such a refreshing change to find a dealer that treats customer service as a benchmark, not lip service. My initial contact with Vertu Plymouth, Daniel, was happy to answer all my questions regarding the cars condition and service history.

Trudie who handled the sale is a star. Whatever Vertu are paying her its not enough. 11/10 for her understanding of my concerns, especially since this involved a return trip from Ipswich to Plymouth. She collected me from the station - recognised how badly I needed a cuppa and then walked me round the car. Not once was I given a chunk of patronising sales patter. All my questions had direct, detailed answers. Given my experience over the preceeding few weeks in dealing with other car dealers it was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer.

The Clio was exactly as described, freshly serviced, fully valet'd with a full tank of gas and a free 12 month warranty. I am delighted with it - well worth the trip from Ipswich to collect.

The care and attention shown by Kevin Wilkes was second to none. He explained current Motability arrangements and arranged a test drive with the currently available Honda Jazz model. As the controls had been updated from our previous car, this was greatly appreciated.
