We dealt with George at Vertu Plymouth, and he was extremely courteous, and explained everything very clearly when we were trading in our Jazz for a more recent Jazz model. We had hoped to get a higher trade in price for our old car, but George explained about the defaults on our car, and we accepted this.

Trudy our sales representative kept us well informed as to when a vechicle would be coming in to test drive.
When a vechicle did come in she set us up for a test drive.
We were very comfortable with the test drive and the car itself and decided to purchase the vechicle.
Trudy handled all the paperwork, and everything went smoothly.
There was no pressure sale at all.
She made sure we were absolutely happy with everything and answered all of our questions.

Friendly, helpful and no pressure
I had a list of what I did and didn’t want in a used car but no brand in mind. Visited a few times to try different vehicles and was always welcomed with a smile but no pressure.
When I found what I felt was the right one Kev was fine about me thinking on it and returning with my partner to test drive. Again, it was friendly and helpful sales with no pressure. Clear every step of the way through purchase and encouraged to pop in if there’s anything I’m not sure of.
Definitely recommend this branch of Vertu

Excellent five star service.
From the initial warm welcome to the collection of my new car I received an excellent service. The staff were very helpful and informative. Everything we needed to know was explained in detail. They took time to consider my requirements so that they were able to recommend the best vehicle for my needs. Toby & Trudie were able to demonstrate or explain to me many of the vehicles features. Trudie ensured that I had an understanding of all the controls before I drove my vehicle away. The communication I received from Trudie from the initial ordering of the vehicle to the collection was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone.

From our initial visit on January 19th 2026 we were made to feel welcome and every member of staff treated us with respect and care. Kev Wilkes helped us to relax after we had had a bit of a bump in our 'old' HRV and then we chose a 'new' one with his help and guidance. The new car is 'fab'. Kev especially is a 'super star'!!. Fabulous experience
Our vertu experience was superb from start to finish everyone was super friendly welcoming and helpful not too pushy but more than happy to help when needed! We really appreciated the personal touch and the extensive knowledge our salesman Kevin Wilkes had and he has made our whole experience from initial enquiries through test driving and handover totally stress free! His communication and clear love of his job his customers and the cars he's selling shines through and nothing is too much trouble for him and his communication is superb!
