Kathryn was absolutely amazing, made a very traumatic experience actually pleasurable (my car got written off - not my fault!) She rose to the challenge, found me a car perfect for my needs, took the pain out of it all, was friendly, professional and confident all the way through, making me feel safe and confident in her abilities, I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone!

From start to finish absolutely first class, we purchased a new Honda Jazz our 5th Honda. On arrival greeted as soon as we walked into Reception, offered refreshments. Megan who handle our purchase was fantastic she explained everything in detail, had a wealth of knowledge & didn't rush us & made us feel extremely comfortable. On collection of our new Honda Jazz I was presented with a bouquet of flowers & a birthday card, so lovely as wasn't aware they knew it was my birthday. Refreshments were offered & made & we left with our new car absolutely delighted. We would highly recommend Honda Truro.

We were advised but not pushed into what was needed, as in extras, which usually puts me off when dealing with large firms.

I was a little apprehensive after two previous issues with Vertu Honda at Trispen, where my previous car was MoT’d but the mechanic did not replace the radiator cap (caused a fair bit of hullabaloo!); the second incident was with a service on that previous car where I was quoted for extra work but when it came to paying the bill they were trying to charge me virtually double . . So my I was a little sceptical. Thankfully salesperson Kathryn helped to alleviate my concern and has been a great help in the sale transaction. I cannot recommend her highly enough especially in the way she treated me, and the superb way in which the car was valeted and presented with a special unveiling in the showroom which did show how much the sale was appreciated by Vertu Honda, Truro. I continue to be a consistent customer and am hoping there will not be any further ‘issues’.

Our Sales person - Kathryn @ Vertu Truro was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, understood our wants and needs and understood how big a thing it was for us to purchase a car despite this being the sort of thing she does on a daily basis. We collected the car on Friday late afternoon and the team went to the trouble of covering the car with a large cloth and a bow so that we could 'unwrap' the vehicle. It made it seem very special although we had not purchased a brand new vehicle. The branch manager spoke to us as well and wished us all good wishes with our new purchase. We were very impressed with the help and assistance shown by Vertu Honda Truro. I would recommend the Honda as a car and the team at Vertu Truro to anyone considering buying a new or used car.

Vertu Honda repair centre was selected following a car accident whereby someone drove into the side of my Mercedes c class. I was unsure at first as it was a Honda garage not Mercedes but continued based on the recommend.
Damage was caused to both side doors, I was sceptical about how the repair would look and the paint being a specific off white colour. Having had the car for just under 4 weeks over the Christmas period, I collected it on 8 Jan 26. It was presented in pristine condition having been cleaned inside and out following the repair which was a nice touch. I was grateful to the work and the attention to detail and very pleased.

Rang and asked for a quote on fitting a part 25 days ago, they said it would take 24hrs to let me know, nothing back so wrang again a week later explaining. Again nothing back after clarifying number and email. Rang the vertu head office 2 weeks later explaining all. I was told the Truro manager would contact me. That was a week ago, all I wanted was a quote.

Leah Duncombe was so helpful after I had an accident, which was not my fault. Leah took over the arrangements to have my car repaired, which was a great relief. The repair to my car was excellent. I have nothing but praise for the whole team.

Whole purchasing process very easy. Handover excellent. Sales executive very knowledgeable and explained car control operations very well. Today in bright sunshine car looks magnificent.

I recently visited Vertu Honda in Truro and had an excellent experience from start to finish. On my first visit, Megan was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through the options and made the test drives of a couple of Honda Jazz models really enjoyable and stress-free. Her approach made it easy to feel confident about choosing the right car.

When it came to picking up my new (used) Jazz, Oscar was just as brilliant. He was welcoming, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to go through everything with me, answered all my questions, and made the whole handover smooth and enjoyable.

A long time Honda fan, having a Honda Civic Sport (2018), which was great, I wanted to update to 2025 model. Since one was in the showroom (Trispen - Truro, I arranged a test drive. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. All paperwork was processed efficiently and the Civic drives beautiful - as Hondas do. The individual salesman sold me the car from the outset, I’m impressed.

This is our 4th car from Honda and it is not only the cars that bring us back yeah after year it is the wonderful team that really cant do enough for you, that means everyone nothing is to much trouble.I have one little negative,I wanted to take out a service plan and mentioned this three times and was still not offered a way in which I could do this.

Friendly, clear, efficient and not trying to push anything!

I am a loyal customer to this branch of Vertu Honda. Their customer care and service has never given me a moments doubt or concern.
Whenever my car has gone in for a service or mot etc, the mechanic’s bodycam evidence of the work being carried out, was something I was able to view afterwards on an email, which was amazing. In truth, we all have to trust in the garage of our choice to carry out the required work on our vehicle , but how do we know what’s actually is been done? Whereas, Vertu gives you that evidence and that brings great reassurance and peace of mind.
The sales manager at this branch of Vertu Honda was very helpful and dedicated. He had the patience and skill to find me the vehicle and care package which was right for me the customer.
The new Skoda VRS is stunning, so thank you Vertu for your expertise.
