Nine Months On—Still Amazing Service!
I’ve had such a great experience with Vertu Hyundai Peterlee, even nine months after buying my car. Their after‑sales service has honestly been brilliant.
I recently had an issue with my service plan, and Hayley went above and beyond to get it sorted. The whole team was so friendly and helpful — nothing felt like too much trouble. Not long after, I had a problem with my petrol cap, and again it was fixed quickly and with zero hassle. It really shows how much they care about their customers long after the initial sale.
A big thank you to all the staff — their warm, professional attitude genuinely makes a difference. I’d happily recommend Vertu Hyundai Peterlee to anyone looking for great service and a dealership that truly looks after you.

Excellent service from hyundai peterlee. Harry the sales executive very helpful in supplying as much detail as i needed about the car i wanted to buy, including a personal video of the car to give me a good insight. Upon arriving after a long journey we were greeted by Harry and Jordan who made us feel very welcome and even offered food and drinks. The car i bought was immaculate, fully valeted and most important, a very fair price. Road tax and fuel was sorted out for me making the purchase even easier.

The staff at Vertu Motors Peterlee are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking for our new car and got all the help and advice we needed to make the choice that best suited our needs. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits on every visit too.
