Retailer of the Year is definitely deserved
I didn’t end up buying my new car from this dealership, which was unfortunate as I genuinely wanted to. From the moment we arrived until we left, the General Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Representative were all absolutely fantastic.
Everyone was friendly, approachable and clearly worked extremely well as a team. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there and put 100% effort into looking after every customer who walked through the door. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
The showroom is currently undergoing a revamp to accommodate Mazda, and the staff were understandably very busy. This was explained to us when we arrived, and despite everything going on, we were made to feel very welcome and were offered hot or cold drinks.
We initially couldn’t find the car we had come to view, but the General Manager quickly located it and arranged for it to be brought around for us. The cars on site were very well presented and clearly well looked after, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions.
In the end, we bought from another dealership simply because the car we found had lower mileage and, importantly, was in the colour my wife wanted. It really came down to the car itself rather than the level of service we received.
I would definitely return to this dealership in the future. Having experienced the team first-hand, I can completely understand why they have been recognised as Retailer of the Year. They are genuinely head and shoulders above many others we have dealt with, and they should be very proud of the service they provide.

The team at Sheffield were helpful especially Ben who dealt with me, he knew I had a nissan pulsar so they are similar to the quashqia so he didn't talk about the complicated stuff which I wouldn't have understood anyway, he just kept things simple, 10 out 10 Ben, and thanks to Nissan Sheffield, note to Nissan head office, they need a bigger site at Sheffield Nissan!!!
