Skoda Sue for the win!
Picked up my Skoda Kamiq today and had the pleasure of being looked after by Susan Fairchild in sales from start to finish - everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently from my initial enquiry to collecting the car today. There was an issue with the valeting so I had to wait quite a bit longer than expected when I arrived, but again Sue dealt with it all and apologised profusely for the delay - she even came to collect me from the train station when I arrived. Would absolutely recommend Skoda Chesterfield (and in particular, Sue!) am super impressed with my new car - love it!!

Phoenix orange Monte Carlo.
From start to finish everything went perfectly, I ordered the Skoda Kamiq Monte Carlo in phoenix Orange (which is my mums favourite colour) from Vertu Skoda Chesterfield and unbeknown to mum who was under the impression it was either white or dark blue and not even a Monte Carlo specification. I asked the salesperson (Susan) if we could surprise mum by covering the car before she arrived and Susan went to every effort to make this a special handover with even putting a red bow on the bonnet of the covered car. It all went perfectly, mum was overwhelmed and we had tears, ever since we have started buying Skodas this has been mums dream to have this colour and to top it off literally it even came with a panoramic room.Brilliant experience. 10 out of ten for Susan

Susan was extremely friendly, informative and supportive of my indecision and questions. Everything was explained in a simple and understandable manner making decisions easy to make. The system to validate documents was simple and the digital communication was excellent. The collection of the vehicle was easy, it was fuelled and ready to drive away at the time agreed.

Patient Dealership
I initially reserved my Peugeot 508 estate and agreed a deal with the salesman Jordan. However, the sale of my car was considerably delayed. Despite this Vertu agreed to retain my reservation til the sale was eventually completed. Thereafter all arrangements went to plan, the car was as advertised and 3 months in I am delighted with the car. Grateful thanks to Jordan for his patience and efficiency.

From the very first interaction with Robert Hardy he was very welcoming and very helpful. Robert asked what we were looking for and was able to help with towing capabilities though out Skodas range as we needed a capable vehicle to tow our caravan.

Scott was superb
Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable from the 1st time we met him when we were first looking for a new car right through until the day it arrived. He kept us updated throughout the delivery process, was very open an honest about any potential delays, although it was only delayed just a couple of weeks from the estimated delivery date. The amazing Courtney made the experience a breeze... couldn't do enough for us.. we were considering another outlet nearer to us for a test drive ...as Vertu motors are quite away from us ...but the customer service failed miserably.. but when I spoke to Courtney she said "no problem I'll fetch the car to you for a test drive"..then upon meeting the lovely Courtney.. it was decided immediately that I wouldn't deal with or go anywhere else... thank you very much Courtney for all your help and support

Great car, great experience!
The online reservation process worked well, but I needed more time and a long travel, so my contact Susan suggested a refundable deposit, to make the vehicle dedicated for my test drive visit.
Then she picked me up from the hotel and ensured I was good to go. The test drive was great, covering a wide range of road types. Then our agreed sale price was settled with no hiccups and the car was topped right up, ready for the journey home.
A very professional and friendly experience.
Oh, and she phoned next day to make sure I got back with no issues... thank you!
