Called in to sort out a minor problem with the keys to the Skoda I bought at the end of August. I initially mistook Susan for the service team but she couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy to deal with and with a flutter of her eyes (allegedly!) she replaced the battery in each of my key fobs. She also came out with me to show me how to get in my car should the fob fail again. An absolute diamond.

Helpful, efficient and friendly service, with special thanks to Susan who got us a good deal on a new electric car, guided us through the process, delivered the car to our home on time, and patiently explained how everything works.

My first experience of buying a Skoda . So far, the signs are all excellent. Spotted the ex-demonstrator on line- a Superb- and initial enquiries at the Derby branch, where I had first gone to have a look, eventually led me to Chesterfield, where the vehicle was located. Following a conversation on the phone with Courtney Panks, I arranged a test drive, and a week later, I became the very happy owner. Courtney was brilliant throughout the process: not pushy or over the top, but efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! On the day of collection, she even collected me from Chesterfield bus station, in the height of a monsoon! Fabulous service. Highly recommend.

we were thinking of changing my range rover vogue but didn't know what to have whilst driving past Land Rover we saw Skoda my son has got one so called in.

The service I’ve received from Vertue ŠKODA, Chesterfield has been outstanding. A big thank you to Richard Green and Robert Hardy. Rob made the whole process of buying a new car an absolute breeze, while Richard managed to source my preferred car and colour within my budget, for delivery much quicker than expected – I was so happy not to have to wait and the deal I received!

Just bought a Scala from Vertu and found the experience really enjoyable. Antony looked after us and was never pushy at all. He even converted us into fans of automatic gearboxes! Definitely recommend.
