Great experience
The whole experience was very thorough, from the initial visit to choose a vehicle to the handover.
The time set aside for helping with my phone setup to instrument instruction was great.
The internal handover area was pretty impressive and comfortable considering the weather was awful.

Dan’s the man
I can only speak of Vertu’s salesman Dan as he was the one we dealt with. He made the whole process simple and easy to understand. No hiccups or problems involved. Everything was taken care of very quickly and in a relaxed and professional manner without us at anytime feeling rushed or pressured.

Friendly sales staff who went through…
Friendly sales staff who went through all my options on purchasing finance...informative test drive....the car was immaculate when I picked it up..had a slight problem with water egressing through the back door..took it in and it was dealt with and fixed there and then whilst I drunk copious amounts of coffee and biscoffs...I've always received excellent service .
